They try to convince people to go to 'maid cafes'. I just came back from Tokyo and I have stayed in Akihabara and I must say that I didn't feel very comfortable with those girls being all around. It actually spoiled my mood for street photography

About 15 years ago I was shouted at by a gang of well dressed young man pointing at my camera 😂 My point was that I felt uncomfortable seeing all those young ladies (I assume above 18 yo but who knows) handing me pamflets every two meters. It really killed the mood.
I was not impressed when I visited Akihabara. quite dead and boring. Also I bought a used figure for $50. came back to the U.S. and found same one new for $30.
