You know I bro the voltage keeps dropping for 240 to 190 volt with just a saw I use 4 12 new 200 amp battery and the volt still drop I even add feedback to the pin 16 and 1 and the volt drop still I reduce the turn on the transformer and get 300 volt the saw load drop it to 230 volt can you do a voltage of volt stabilization of feedback to tl494 so the volt don’t drop off largely

I have a question sir. In the diagram 5th pin of TL494 connected to plus side of capasitor and minor is to pin 1. But, when you welding it can see 5th pin connecting to minor of capacitor and plus side of cap connecting to pin 1 of TL494. 🤔 I am bit confuced. please correct me. Thanks. Change the transformer winding. Either quadruple the windings on the primary side, or quarter the windings on the secondary side. You will also need to do something about the voltage for the timing IC, so possibly add a solid state voltage regulator. In any situation, I would also suggest adding a trim pot to control the frequency instead of just using a resistor. Better yet, work out something voltage controlled, because this IC timing may change with input voltage. A solid state regulator will help you with this, but it won't be perfect in all situations.

Nothing you have carry that much heat, looks like most you csn carry on that is 3 amp. Before it melt. So it can not operate a cellar phone batter of recharge or a tv, or ac or heater or computer or tbey burn up, not sign wave or high anough amps. It burn all up except lights. Lights will burn with any volt amount. It not need amps , all a light is , is a resisited short.so a light bulb work even in a power line down if bulb on its power soarse and grounded.
You correct, plus there no ac voltage that low , only dc is that low 12v at 50 or 60 hertz. If usa hertz it be 60 hertz transfotmor core, if a nation with 50 hertz transformer core, it must be 50 hertz not 60 hertz or it melt in transformer, but if using a power entrance at 60 hertz, you can use a 50 hertz transformer on a 60 hertz power service. 50 hertz core is thicker than the 60 hertz. The power moves faster per second on 60 hertz , it 10 more faster than a service of 50 hertz per second
7500 watts??? out of that transformer?? Come on man!. I could see maybe 600watts, It is a iron core transformer the least efficient in switch mode power supplies. The irf7230 is rated at 200 watt peak power dissipation, but half of that power is the ideal choice so 12 irf3205= 1200 watt peak, and you better have a fan cooling those transistors continuously. I'm not saying you circuit wont work, I'm just saying the power number are exaggerating. Also if you use a microwave transformer like he is using and you have not removed the high voltage secondary you may get killed.
He's using the microwave high voltage secondary. Pay attention to how he's doing this. A microwave transformer is usually a 10x or 20x step up. 12 to 240 is 20x. It's the perfect application for this. It's also a whole lot safer than a lot of the other dumb stuff I see people doing with microwave transformers on here.
I want to say, I am not good at conversions, but, i may say only one thing; that 12v to (as you claim) 7200w cannot be inverted by that transformer. Max, you can invert, is 600wts
WHY...Why ... there is a fake in every video with plastic slippers in it !! Hahaha 7500w / 12V = 625A .. So you drive 625 Amp DC with 4-6 mm2 wire from battery ? if it was 7500w those wires should have been burnt in second. This type inverters can drive max 300-500W .
