How do you modify this flow to check to see if a Manager is already added to the Case Team first before trying to create the new case team record for the Manager?
Sanjay, I have made this change in your previous Video where sending notification. Just before sending notification adding case team member by creating records ( with manager Id, parent Id and CaseteamRoleId). It is not sending the notification but nut not adding case team member- Thoughts?
I think you can also enable youtube setting to see subtitles. I will also enable them from video. Sure I am already uploading videos daily (except current week).

If contact lookup is available there then i think we can otherwise not.

You can edit the user record and find a manager lookup there.
