Talon are Horizon Black Ops who show up rather often in the main game, the only factions are: Horizon (with different sub-factions such as the ones in Omega Site, Oil Rig, Spec Ops and Hazmats) Syndicate (TF-27 and TF-63) Cult (Appear only in 2 missions) The rest are anomalies and anomalous beings such as Mothman in Pandora and the Shard in Site-83
