Technically you can't say 'without any instruments' on this one. Kevin was obviously playing the cello in this one. They do include instruments from time to time, but if they do, it will always be shown in the video. What he is doing is called "cello-boxing"- so named by him.
They really inhabit their songs - they don't just perform. Kirstin is so broken-hearted here. They are staying still as possible, to look like an old-style photo portrait. Notice poor Scott (tall blond), who usually likes to "sing with his hands" - he has a death-grip on those chair backs from trying so hard not to move! When Avi (bass) closes his eyes during his solo, the effect is all the more startling because they have been so still. Also, Kirstin had a stye in her right eye on the day they made this video They couldn't delay (it was filmed on a brief break while they were on tour), so she has that "peek-a-boo" hairstyle to hide it.

Like I said in the thread of a previous reaction, I love your content. But you need to fix the audio tracking. It makes it very hard to watch.
