Great video.. I was seriously wondering where else you could take your bike in seq on the beach after di.. I could raise kinkuna with a hidden spot near wathumba on Fraser Island but I suspect you might end up over there..
Hey Shane, thanks for the heads up on wathumba. I am definitely going to get to Fraser but I'll do a comprehensive circuit of the island as a vid looking for camp spots. I actually found a better location than kinkuna on this latest 2 week trip I went on. Not really seqld though, a touch further north... Cheers and thanks again for the tip
Hi Rodney, there's maps on the vid, you might need to pause and take a close look to get your bearings. From the turn off near Woodgate you just follow your nose. Once you reach the beach you can camp anywhere for kilometres.
Yeah, cheers. That was easily the hardest experience I've had at kinkuna, largely due to weight I'd say. I've ridden there dozens of times with little to no trouble but never so heavy. No rim locks. It's never been an issue. But now that I've said that...
Superb, thanks.
the best spot
awesome mate, thanks for showing us Kinkuna
Glad you liked it Justin. Was my favourite camp until I went to Curtis Island. Check the vid mate if you haven't already. Absolute cracking spot.
Nice one Dad👍🏻🤍
