I LOVED Funchal/Madeira! So tropical there. Took a Jeep tour (Distinctive Voyage through my TA) up the mountain that stopped at a honey museum, winery, a wonderful lunch, then down to the lookout platform over the ocean. Skipped the toboggan ride, and I think we were there on Easter Sunday. Just beautiful! Yes, that raspberry soufflé looked yummy! It’s too bad people heckle performers. Love your pantomiming! Singers sounded good. You’re lucky you had calm seas at the end of November. What a huge beer! Like the decorations in the garden.
Thanks Cheri I hope it brought back some memories for you. The sea didn't stay like that for the whole cruise, but look out for that in another episode. We love Funchal and have been there many times before. We have visited banana plantations, done jeep trips I even had a helicopter flight once and attempted deep sea sports fishing. Just off to finish packing now for our cruise tomorrow.

Yes it was complimentary it was a very short ride and dropped us on the seafront.
