Wonderful recipe well presented . I would suggest tying cloves, cumin, cardamom cinnamon , rock lichen, & any other fine spices in a small piece of muslin cloth as a bouquet garnii & tossing it in the water. You can also add zest of lemon or orange & some lightly crushed lemongrass stems. Let the bouquet Garni flavour the water by simmering for 10 mins before adding the rice to cook. This can be left in the rice right to the very end.
Adding 1 teaspoon of oil to the water prevents rice grains from sticking to each other from released starch
A few strands of saffron added to this oil extracts it’s flavours & gives a golden color & saffron aroma to the dish
This recipe is authentic one. In it we don't add so many spices as it is served after kashmiri's spiciest meal (WAZWAAN) to neutralize the aroma.
As for lemon or lime is considered that is another recipe.

Yeah.
Spices kam dalle hai... I'll suggest, boil all spices in plain water for 10 min then strain.... Add basmati rice and cook at last add dryfruits

High heat pr chawal pakane hai, fr jb chawal Mai obail aajye toh chawal ko check krna hai, chal Ka Dana baher sa soft aur center hard hona chahia fr extra Pani baher nikalna hai, aur fr low heat pr pakana hai 20 minutes tk.
