I stopped going to the Seattle races (SSR shout-out)(really Kent, WA) right before the huge bust in like 05 or 06. The cops swarmed in, surrounding the place, and ticketing over 200 people and impounding 40-50 cars. It made national news and there was a funny youtube video of guys able to cut through a fence and hide their cars in a dumpster enclosure.
I rarely comment, but really loving the PA videos, even tho it was kinda lame since the weather but still loving to see this kind of videos, you should definitely make more this type of vids in my mind (Y) Good stuff, keep it up!

R Alpine you were looking is a new version of the old A-110, a car from the 70's. The 70s version is also the only good looking french car made, and even beats most EU cars. Mmm that Gloria. We got those imported in the states for '02-04 as the Infiniti M45 while they were working out their future lineup. I've been wanting one for a minute, very slept on and rare over here. So car meets getting shut down. I attended a mostly Hyundai Genesis meet about a month ago, rolled up in my friend's genny coupe and didn't bring my G35, though I will be for the next one in about 2 weeks. We got a solid 2 hours out of it, was held in the parking lot of a defunct insurance hq that moved in the past few years. Super chill time up till then. As my group was heading to the gas station at the corner of the main drag, probably 100 cars rolled up at the same time. They were all different makes and styles. There were tons of people being ignorant by revving, two-stepping, etc. just making a ruckus in general. By the time we all got our snacks and did our bathroom breaks, there were about a dozen police in the lot and everyone was being kicked out. I don't think anyone caught tickets, but that's how you ruin a car meet in 10 minutes, just make it sound like a warzone.
I talked to a guy here in Texas at a meet about him and his son trying to get in on foot. And they could see it but couldn’t get in. Had to walk miles to catch a train afterwards. In the rain.

Gt3rs is like a hot version of the gt3, n/a rwd and the gt2rs is basically porsche saying “ How can we make the 911 go around the track as fast as possible” hence the awd and the turbocharged engine. That’s why gt2rs is more aggressive then the gt3 rs. And the gt2 rs will probably trash every car in that parking lot around a track

gt3rs has center exit exhasut , the gt2rs is side exit and is the turbo'd version , so the gt3rs is a super fast 600 hp road going porsche the gt2rs is a full on road going 700 track focused beast , theres lots of sutle diffs , but thats the krux , oh the gt2 has full carbon hood , front wheel arch luvre's and air ducts on the back stock , gt3rs you have to get the WEISAC pack for all that
The GT2 RS looks more aggressive because it is a more aggressive car. The GT2 RS is a turboed 3.8L H6 and close to 700hp whereas the GT3 RS is naturally aspirated 4.0L H6 pushing around 500hp

do not feel bad about not knowing about supercars , actually Mcalren badging is always hard to find , but it's always at the bottom of the door driver side , that model is the 600 lt , witch is the super light , super fast track focused version of the 570 , 600 being the HP LT stands for long tail and weigh's only 2800 kilo's , so when the original Mclaren F1 came out in order to race in Le Mans they had to meet the reg's , so they had to extend the long tail , so when mclaren comes out with a track focused version of their models they extend the tail a few CM's , so like the 600 LT or the new 765 witch is the track focused version of the 720 s , but with 765 hp and extended tail

I can kinda understand the restrictions around using the PA as car meet-ups, but putting the barrier up was a douche move. The car culture has been doing it for decades, why give in now? Then on the flip side, I watched a travel show a few months back on NHK that highlighted the town/village that put Initial D manhole covers all over the place to take advantage of local and international tourists coming to see the real life version of the show's popular hotspots. That is brilliant!
We got kicked out of our place just last Friday, the local joint we used to meet up at put a trespassing order on us because some random guys with trucks came and started blaring their music.
There was this meet i was in with my JDM aristo, and there was a like a burnout ring and when the police came there to bust somebody people stole the police cars plates from it :D its very stupid but funny at the same time
