First day impressions:It arrived in a waist high box. th-cam.com/users/postUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 Each dumbbell was in its own foam box within the shipping box. Everything was secure and in good shape. No weird smells. The weight changing mechanism is really smooth and straight forward. Changing weight is really fast and easy. Though the handle is plastic, I don't think it will be breaking anytime soon. So far pretty impressed after my first session with them. I was afraid they were going to be too wide at first, but I didn't have any issues with them while doing upright rows.

Solid workout. I believe you mixed up the names of the first two workouts in the second series. The first workout is the DB push press and the second the split diagonal lift.

No, once you Can do 10 push-ups without being out of breath go for it

For the best result, i suggest you must do it for 2 or 3 months.

it doesn't have to be heavy, but enough that it's challenging for 20 seconds. Start on the lighter end and go up every set.

It depends on your strength level
How many pounds should the dumbells weigh for a 15 yr old new to weights
U can start with 5 kg or 2.5 kg dumbells

It’s circuit work but can also transition to sets to make it more effective. I did it in a circuit type style to accolade the follow along video

Hey bro i have a problem does this workout builds muscles or it strength your core and arm cos i am a cricketer from india and i don't want to build muscle iwant to build strength of my body
I’m guessing it will be strength because in basketball we don’t need muscle also you could do some research on rest time to make sure of what it is .

It’s tough to find a replacement. You can try a backpack or jugs but some of the exercises will feel awkward to do

Alright so I’m confused it says repeat the circuit so like if I do 3 sets for every exercise and I repeat the circuit is it talking about doing every exercise again or is it talking about the sets
You would go through the 1st half like a circuit so do exercise 1 (rest for 20sec) then 2 then 3. Rest for 1-2 mins then repeat for 2-4 rounds. Next you would move into 2nd half and do it like the steps above. You can either pause the video until you’re done the half or rewind ⏪ to keep following. Does that make sense?

It means repeat that superset for 2-3 sets/rounds

sincere question, what does it even mean to have an "explosive" upper body?
A strong/big body with speed
Having a strong upperbody allows you to transfer power from the ground up efficiently. So think of the arm swipe motion in a vertical jump, if you lack upperbody power, you won't get a lot of momentum from your arm swipe which can lower your vertical. Same goes for sprinters, reason why they have decent looking torso and shoulders is because that violent arm swing helps with their speed
