I was always taught to pull sill sections as close as possible before cutting any out. Your Brother makes himself a lot of extra work by rushing. but your both hard workers Well Done.

Danny And Rubin on the right top bed rail at least pound it out and flatten it before you put a bed cap on it so it will fit better. But love the build

It's interesting to see the All Terrain version of the (GMT900) '07-'13 GMC Sierra with the SLE trim using the luxury-style dash from the SLT and Denali trim that was also used GMT900 SUV's, you're typical GMT900 Sierra SLE would have the more regular upright dash.
Yo I think you forgot to do some welding on the first section you installed on the rocker, not going to be that good and strong now.

I probably would have atleast done some weld thru primer on them inner rockers and then sealed it up since it will rust in the future also follow with some cavity wax let’s face it I would have done the whole job differently it this is how you learn

Nat Gas is the way to go, cheaper and better for on engine. I drove one for years at work. This truck is an old gas company truck. You just got one that was tore up. I bought one just like it without the damage for $4500.00.The Nat Gas is an $1500.00 add on. Ron

I’d ditch that cng part they usually have a lot of problems. Where I work we’ve had a few over the years but they stay away from using them and stick to the gas or diesel fuel part. For the price you paid it’s was a steal.

I grew up in a body shop, actually a somewhat famous one in Dawsonville, GA, and aside from painting trip cars (moonshine haulers), we bought rusted-out northern cars, "repaired" them and sold them at auctions. At the time, the Atlanta newspaper on Sunday was about 3 pounds. With a full Sunday paper and a yard of screen wire, dad could repair both rocker panels and maybe one quarter panel -- if more work was required we'd have to wait for the next week's paper. Anyway, with the rust holes packed full of newspaper and topped off with screen wire and Bondo, he'd grind it down to shape and "blend the paint." The biggest concern was the high bidder crossing railroad tracks or hitting a pothole leaving the auction and our "repairs" getting left behind in the road. So, in my mind, Little Brother's body and fender work is OEM!

My boy bought a 2015 avalanche with one of those systems on it when he was stationed in Arizona he later relocated to California and couldn’t even get the truck licensed because it wouldn’t pass emissions he had to drive it back to Arizona to get his registration renewed.🤣🤣

We don't care how you do it do we we just want stuff to watch and if that run on natural gas that means it has a very clean engine on the inside cuz I don't think natural gas leaves carbon deposits like regular gas
