IDENTIFYING THE FOUR EYERING LOVEBIRDS AND THEIR HYBRIDS

in this video, we will learn about the 4 eyering lovebird species (agapornis) and their hybrids. today, lovebird hybrids are too many. this could lead to extinction of species and creates low quality birds. this will help you recognize hard to identify birds like the lutino and the albino (ino-blue).

I have a black check and a liliane, they had a yellow/cream beak, a light black head, white bib, sky blue bottom, his wings were Turquoise blue with black feathers and his tail was black and the tips were sky blue. He was gorgeous and I was so hurt broken when he flew off my son's hands while outside. He was not able to catch it. Was this bird a hybrid?

Hi, I really need your help. Can you please help me identify if my bird is Black Mask, Fischer or hybrid? He or she is about 4 weeks old? The breeder advertised them as Fischer, but the picture of the parents he sent are definitely Masked? Then he told he was Masked but they look like Fischers.... But I'm doubting it now as he looks like a Fischer to me! I'm collecting all 4 Eye Rings (Black Cheek & Nyasa coming soon); I already have a Fischer. Hello again.. I wrote to you about a month ago. Im guessing you did not receive it.. Well , I have a pair of nigrigenis.. The female has laid 21 eggs in a 2 month period and all were infertile.. The male is too busy doing his thing on tje perch or on the bottom of the cage.. What can I do to have him stop this and get with his mate ?? Please help.. I also took the nest box away so she doesn't lay any eggs until she mates with male hopefully.. Again please help.. Thank you.

Your channel is incredible, TH-cam is hard but please do not give up. Do you know how many chromosomes each species have?? I searched a lot, and the peach faced has 34, and a bird called monk parakeet has also 34, do you think they could reproduce and have fertile heritage??

No they are not sterile . You should not pair ringed with non ring love bird that's all as far I know .

Thanks to you, I just check my love birds though they were personata and they're laying egg now but I discover they were hybrid, crossbreed of personata and fischer, there is orange in chest, I am devastated now😭😭😭
