- Awesome kitesurfing in Dakhla, Marocco. We were based in Dakhla Attitude, but we left the main spot on several occations to experience the butter flat water at the speed-spot and the amazing white dune! We also did not miss the perfect cross-off shore waves at the excellent wave spot. Riders, filmmakers and producers: Maja & Filip :-*

@@ufchornytime9629 Nah, I took a lesson in the winter during a blizzard. but wasn't dressed warm enough. . Then I had a kid. . which gave me no free time to pursue it. Now I am too old. Hope I can at least do more windsurfing when the kid gets older.. as I already have windsurf equipment sitting in the garage.

Oliver, compared to wakeboarding or windsurfing, you lern to kitesurf in a snap. One or two weeks in a spot like this (flat and shallow water) and you have the basis for working on your first tricks in the following seasons.
Hahaha … conspired to wakeboarding I found kitesurfing much more difficult ! Come on, people are never honest in the answer. Wakeboarding is consistent pull, you only need think about the board and the surf technique. Kiting is that board skill 10% PLUS learning to control a powerful beast with 4 lines and a complex safety system and the unpredictable wind
Dakhla is definitively an amazing and a gorgeous spot !!!

How long does it take to reach this "level" of kitesurfing? I'm thinking jumps, 360, 720 etc. I've been snowboarding for a while and always wanted to learn to kitesurf, this summer could be the time ;)

I was born and raised in Laayoune . Most of sahrawis are proud to be Moroccan . I know that for a fact. It's a geopolitical conflit with the Algerian military/government . The reasons are the resources of course ...
You should stand in the first place against what the western civilizations are doing in Africa and the middle east... Long story... peace
+Khalil Alami I do stand against everything the Western countries are doing in Africa and the Middle East but I have been to Dakhla and seen plenty of sahrawis who had been oppressed and persecuted cause of the revolution and that was just last year
