Yes it means you are selected. They will first share you the links to upload the documents. Might be the phone communication will delay they will take some timein but they will share you the links within a days

@@artikorde4238 after joining you will get an email regarding "order your welcome kit" on your official email, you have to order it there and within 20 days you will receive at your address. Regarding Joining bonus if HR has communicated about it then only yoy will get, its not mendatory

As per accenture policy they promote after 36 months and if you're star performer then it may be in 24 months.
