Week 14 is JUMPS
Today Adel has put together a combo of 3 tiered front kicks, 3 tiered double kicks followed up with explosive tuck jumps and star jumps.
Noticed my arms missing on the alternating leg kicks... they are above the water to ensure that I utilise my core to its full potential.
Tips....
💦 slowly introduce the 3 level tiered legs
💦 use core muscles to pull those legs down to the pool floor
💦 propel off the pool floor for the explosive tuck jumps & star jumps
💦 for additional core activation lift arms up resting on shoulders
💦 enjoy this combo and level up your sessions
