After entering the unlock code and entering expert mode you can just specify the highest frequency up to 12 ghz and with the later software even higher ( like an easter egg ), see the groups.io/g/tinysa/messages for more details.
Why don't you use the included antenna ? Is the 10 gHz transmitter so powerful that there is a risk of damaging the TinySA Ultra if you connect the antenna ?
Ultra mode is disabled by default but can be enabled using the command CONFIG/MORE/ENABLE ULTRA using 4321 as the unlock code
Wurde das mit aktiviertem LNA gemessen? Ich bekomme mit den gleichen Einstellungen keine so niedrigen Rauschpegel.
That is a 10.525ghz traffic radar Gunn oscillator
I thought the tyny only reached 5.4 Gigahertz in unlocked mode, how did you manage to measure 10 GHz?

Why would you have 10ghz emitters? What are those good for?
hello. What the method of 10ghz signal generation you use?
That's pretty cool, I will try the same thing with one of my Gunns, thanks.

The quarter wavelength on 10 ghz is 7 mm. the traces on the pcb are long enough to pick the signal up.
Microwaves are using very different antenna's.
