- In this video, I have shown the easiest way in which you can -
1- Replace bikes handle lock
2- Replace fuel tank lock
3- Side cover locks replacement
So if you are an enthusiast who loves doing your stuff yourself here is how you can do it.
What do you gain? -
I confirmed the price with the Bajaj service centre and they quoted me 1000 rupees, which includes the price of handle lock as well.
And I bought the original lock set for 700 rupees, so you are saving 300 rs which can be used to buy new tools for your next DIY
2- If u really are an enthusiast then why not get your hands dirty and get some experience?
Honestly, I did this DIY for the first time and it is not like I have done this hundred of time yet it was a successful one, so if you are thinking that I am a pro so that is not true and it was my first time as well.
And the result is in front of you.
You may find other video on this DIY of changing bikes lock set, but none of them gave a complete idea of the procedure. I have tried to compress the video at it's maximum level so that I can save my viewers precious time. And I can assure u that every second that you spend in this video won't go in vain.
Is the procedure same for every bike?
Of course not each bike has some different set of arrangement but the process remains almost the same, what will differ is the position of nuts and bolts that you might have to remove for doing this entire DIY, which you can figure out after watching this video, and comparing it with your bike.

For reference this process is more or less the same for a 2012-2020 Kawasaki Ex650. I would imagine they would be fairly similar for multiple makes as well...

Can Pulsar 180 centre handlebar holder be placed on pulsar 150?
U cannot interchange holder of old pulsar 180 and 150 because the size of suspension of 150 will be smaller than the 180 or was thinner than 180, so we cannot use the same holder. Though I think now the new pulsar has same dimensions so that may be used! But I am not sure of the new one though. But I think u get my point.

Bhai there are 2 nuts holding it to the triple clamp try to remove those but that requires removal of front headlight, that will give you space to do the needful also removal will be easy.

You can purchase it from any AUTO-Parts shop or you can go to the dealership service centre and buy it from there.
I have lost both the keys of my pulsar 150( BS4) bike.Now I have to buy lockset of original bajaj parts, plz tell me the different names of the parts which I've to buy, and the price list.
U only need the lockset so go buy that it contains all the required locks, also u will need tools to do this DIY which I have mentioned in the video. ATB

Try and remove the 2 nuts holding it to the triple clamp and then try to break it or something

You will have to ask the dealer brother or some auto parts shop, I bought it for 700 around.

Bhai pura set ata ha, u can buy it from any parts shop. Though bajaj service centre ma bi mil jya ga. key is new as all the locks are replaced..

Bhai cap acha hi ho ga, but do one thing, open the cap with key inserted and then rotate the key and check whether the pintle is coming and going out or not, if not lock is bad, if yes there might be some problem in cap but it is less likely.

220 key lockset suitable in 150
No brother I don't think so because the tank lock is usually different for example even in bs3 and bs4 pulsar 180 the tank lock is different. But the procedure will remain the same.

It might work I am not sure though, I said about the tank because the set that you will buy will be a combination of all the locks on the bike.
