Great. You do front foot in front of back foot - heel to toe. I sometimes see even high level slalom sailers do front foot BEHIND the back foot in the switch - toe to heel. Any reason or pros and cons? All the best Per
Phil, when you carve, do you carve with your front foot, or do you use solely your back foot?
With your back foot and the sail
Try to carve with both feet. Pushing down through the back foot and lifting the front foot.
