      My favorite ATV TH-camr. Why? Well, Because no matter how big he has gotten as in fame from TH-cam he has never changed from his first video to his last. No matter where he goes to ride he treats everyone like they've been friends for life and for that I respect you ostacruiser

    Cool shot of Brushy mountain prison you got.
    BTW, paved road out to trail two, then two for a bit then right on 16, 16 for a bit and hang a left when it splits off(there's a sign that says waterfall) and whalaa.

    Love the build you guys put together for this trip.
    The map bit was pretty funny. I guess worst case scenario you get lost along some trails and just keep riding! Looks like a fun place to ride. Too bad you guys couldn't walk around the prison grounds, that would have been pretty awesome.

    I really wish Can-Am, Polaris, Arctic-cat, and Yamaha would build two types of SxS's like the normal one's you see everywhere and then build those but with solid front and rear axles and real lockers. The SxS that are already out sell like hot cakes but when adding serious HP and big tires (38" +) their biggest flaw is breaking axles or not enough articulation or suspension travel with independent front and rear suspension. So I truly believe sells would go up from those guys who want a SxS for rock crawling or serious trail riding instead of mud.

    Ok when are y'all going to Canada or have y'all already gone. Plus I ride in southern Tennessee and the terrain is just about like this at Win Rock and it's free to ride there around Pickwick Lake and they also have several waterfalls and creeks to cross and rocks to climb along with what they call widowmaker hill. You can find some of their trails on TH-cam under Drycreek

    • @JWHilltopShop
      @JWHilltopShop 6 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Agreed, not a good mountain terrain tire. Tread pattern is dangerous for side-hill situations. I've almost watched a Jeep slide off the side of the mountain in Harlan, KY because they were running Boggers (same tread style) and were sliding sideways while trying to work their way up a hill.

  • @tbrown91241

      I have a 570 RZR with a 2" lift and 26" bighorns. I've put over 100 miles on it at Windrock this year. It rides rougher than the big machines but it is pure mountain goat at heart. Didnt break anything but did get a small amount of body rash. lol Polaris has a much better 4 wheel drive system than can am for this type of riding.

      @@CumminsDriver depends on model. Some come with electronic locker. XRC, XXC, XMR an now all X3s have lockers. 50inch Maverick trail and the base model sports don’t have a locker. It has a viscal lock. They work half way decent. You just got to be a little more aggressive in your driving style. I’ve taken mine anywhere and everywhere any Polaris 50inch I’ve been with can and will go and then some. Just can’t be afraid of the skinny pedal. Maverick trail has been better at hill climbs because of it having a longer wheel base than the Polaris has been. It rides better too. I’ve seen them roll over end over end on the same hills I’ve climbed. So it’s a trade off. Sometimes I get a little high centered because of the longer wheel base over obstacles.

      @@markball7028 here is a video of my old rzr vs two Mavericks with the visco lock. You can see how easy the rzr makes the climb vs the Mavericks having to have momentum and wheel speed. I’m not saying they are bad machines. But the visco lock is not a good system for rock crawling.
