- Ava Gardner had a supporting role in She Went to the Races (1945) although she seemed to steel the film in my opinion. Just a year after this, she made The Killers, which launched her into movie stardom. I selected a few scenes from She Went to the Races she appeared in and she made every moment she had worth while. Even though this movie isn't much good, Ava is lively and wonderful in it.

Aww I am so happy that you're interested in watching more of her films, even the rare ones. Unfortunately it's pretty hard to find them. I watched many through tcm. I don't know if you have this channel, but her movies come on now and then. But other than that, I guess try typing in the movie you want to find in google and then see what comes up.
