Demitrium Doesn't your voice when you're excited? Gul'dan's got the Horde he wanted, he's about to start summoning the Legion to battle. If not for those robes of his we'd likely be seeing his massive orcish stiffy over the whole event.
Am I the only one who thinks Gul'dan's voice sounds a lot different? now his voice is more like the one I would picture Blackmoor having if we had ever heard it
Gotta love how Gul'dan isn't affected by Hellscreams words, but more amused by his stubborness and still holds great respect for his strenghts. Ironically, i can see a different timeline where Gul'dan becomes a shaman and they just have the best of "nerd-jock" friendships :D
Quite frankly the expansion was pretty obvious from the start. Like you know that expansions release every 2 years and when in time did we get flung back to? 2 years before the Legion invaded Draenor. What a funny coincidence. Called The Burning Legion to be the main antagonist of the next expansion right at that point.

Gotta get them herbs that you won't be able to get in your Garrison, some of the reps offer some pretty interesting rewards, the rares can apparently be looted daily instead of once and you're done, more rares that drop mounts, and I gotta get those 3 factions to Revered to fly. :)
ChandraLee13 there's no new herbs at all... same herbs as always... there is Felblight, but its not an herb... it's just a bonus resource that drops from any node in Taanan Jungle (ore nodes, herb nodes, skinning, fishing, etc).
Grom respects strength and fortitude above all. He has seen his forces get demolished by the alliance and the horde, and respects them for their martial prowess. He's not a "good" guy, but he does have a rigid code of honor and holds to it.
Disappointments of WoD aside, I have been loving Gul'dan for the last two cinematics and dearly hope he survives this expansion to be a recurring villain. His attitude, facial animation and voice work have all had a wonderful snarky/sardonic overtone that is quite refreshing compared to all the straight faced/merely insane villains so far.
5x3x1x5 But - didn't we kill him in Outlands? And isn't Outlands currently residing partially within the twisting nether? But then I guess if there really is only ONE legion like a Lore tweet said, then Mannoroth is the MU Mannoroth and he would be dead too... Illidan was, in the game, considered a Demon, so it would make sense I guess if he was to come back. However, would he really be able to forgive his brother for his imprisonment, banishment and stealing the love of his life? Perhaps Illidan will form an alliance with Wrathion or something and train all the races of Azeroth to become Demon Hunters who are willing (perhaps as a playable class or perhaps as just a lore thing). That way Illidan doesn't have to deal with his brother and Malfurion and Tyrande can go back to picking flowers and crushing bugs in the Emerald Dream.
the cinematics are the only good part of this expansion, the lore is pointless to the overall Warcraft lore since we are only killing AU Burning Legion. Don't get me wrong, the lore is great for the expansion, but irrelevant. new reputation this patch - gotta kill 20,000 mobs to get to honored, all because people bitched about dailies. Still no reason to ever run heroic dungeons unless I wanted to get achievements, just to get a ground only mount. And how are we supposed to kill Archimonde, in our timeline it took the power of all those wisps to detonate in order to kill him, mortal attacks were nearly useless. (The CoT instance doesn't count.) And of course the fact that Blizzard just cant let any character ever remain dead, let's bring back all those long dead heroes instead of building up new ones and actualling progressing the story. Main characters dying and staying dead is good for story. Travelling to an alternate universe is lazy and creates so many loopholes. (If they really wanted to boost up an army for the coming Legion invasion why not open a portal to alternate Azeroth and enlist the old Alliance nations before the Orcs invaded, instead these very bright dragons thought it better to trust Garrosh who proved in MOP that he had no honor anymore - why would they trust him to honor the plan?) This expansion was so hyped up yet it is the worst one yet, MOP was 100 times better. Atleast we as players did the content and not our followers.

William Smith Guess you didn't catch the Lore tweet, there is only one Legion, the twisting nether can access all realities, so we are fighting the same legion as always, and as for Archimonde, his sould is anchored in the Nether, which means he can only be permanently killed there, so this archimonde is the same we faced in Hyjal. But there is only one Prime timeline and that is ours, the Legion is using the opportunity to try and invade Azeroth Prime once again.
***** Shattrath thing kinda ended in the apexis dailies and garrison campaign, there's nothing to do there. If 6.3 is a thing, which it might not be, it will be Farahlon as that's where Gul'dan runs off to and the only place left for us to visit on Draenor.
***** I'm still hoping for The Iron Scourge - featuring the Iron Lich, Ner'zhul - and a patch just called "Stormreavers", featuring Gul'dan's final stand.
Now THIS is awesome. I was so dissapointed that there was no such trailer for 6.1 what with there being no such content, but this brings me back. Just like the old "Black Temple" or "Zul'Aman" cinematics. I get so hyped.

The sudden calm at 1:46 after Grommash's talk about how high and mighty the heroes are, kinda gave you a feel of hopelessness. Goes to show you how much hard work and effort being done by the team at Blizzard. So freaking awesome.

Grommash's speech was the best part of this for sure. It's that kind of feeling you get when the enemy you have fought for so long joins forces with your own to take down a common foe. Like when the Elites teamed up with Humanity in Halo to take down the Covenant. While I am assuming that we will be eventually teaming up with the Iron Horde, which I have no proof of whatsoever, the thought just gets me really excited for this patch.
Ryan Booth Aw man definitely. They've been adding subtle hints since Wrathion in Pandaria, but I feel like an Aszhara expansion w/ some avatar of Sargaras thing would be more ideal since fighting the actual legion + the full blown Sargaras would be more of an end-of-wow expansion.

Ryan Booth Aw man definitely. They've been adding subtle hints since Wrathion in Pandaria, but I feel like an Aszhara expansion w/ some avatar of Sargaras thing would be more ideal since fighting the actual legion + the full blown Sargaras would be more of an end-of-wow expansion.

Nah, same guy. His tone in-game is just slower and 'darker' than in the cinematics. Little different from the others here, is all. His tone is more smug here than before - just like a warlock would sound like :D

Mysbananen Apparently it's the same guy but I don't know he's dead on sometimes and sounds like a normal guy other times... maybe they did it in one take? :/
Mysbananen They use a different voice effects in cinematics than ingame for some reason, he sounds like this in the WoD announcement trailer aswell but ingame he still sounds the same as always.

***** Maybe he will join the Horde. I kinda get the feeling Dreanor is again about to blowing up. But the Alliance and the Horde may rescue the people of draenor. Would give the Draenei and the Orcs a nice boost to their population. Would also lead to two new races for the Alliance and the Horde. For the Alliance the Arokka and for the horde Ogre.
