What size boat and how much do you weigh? Would you feel ok with another guy your size in there with you? Plus a trolling motor and full size battery? Sorry for all the questions but that looks about like my boat and you look pretty healthy like me and I'm trying to figure out what motor and kit to go with. I was thinking of just a 212 and turning it up a little bit, I know that 420 is quite a bit heavier.
it is a 14 36 lowe and it is just fine with people in it i would go with the bigger surface drive you can put a 8hp and build it or a 13hp the 212 that is pretty well all you can do you have options with a bigger kit
just search twist throttle on ebay or amazon and tons of them will come up some have a built in kill switch and some dont i recomend the switch just check the length on the throttle cable and make sure you get the right one
not trying to hate at all or bring you down in anyway shape or form but why is your sissy bar so tall just curious and what about your lights and setup???
i built my gigging rack or sissybar as you call it a little tall it is custom built to my heigth to hit right on my belt line so i can lean on it seems like everybody elses rack is short in hits me right in the tenders when i lean on it and i am just running a cheap led light bar on a 12v battery works great
