Great to hear you’ve gotten some help Dave, I felt I had adhd and autism like our boys but I haven’t seeked a diagnosis as I just don’t have the time. The more I’ve learnt about our two the more I’m convinced I’m also the same. How you feeling about it all though? Take care Adz

Hey Adam! It's actually a relief to know I have it and that I can do something about it, and also take advantage of the super powers like intense focus. Ever since I started the meds, I feel like I can turn on that super focus for anything I need to get done, whether I'm interested in it or not. I'm a lot more consistent in my everyday life now too. Things like cleaning up and stuff are not difficult or mentally draining anymore.
