When you figure out A Dance Of Fire And Ice = ADOFAI
Synapses firing at full speed there
i thought he was kidding lol it seems pretty obvious that ADOFAI is an abbreviation
My natural instincts tell me to compress titles of things that are that long
lol
Im laughing so hard because he thought its a different game-
I have a feeling he’d get into Cytus and Cytus 2. I mean, you tap _circles_ in it so it’s not a far stretch, right?
yeah, they’re both pretty fun. i’ve played cytus 2!
Tone sphere is way more similar to osu, and way harder too
@@Marnige Tone Sphere was based on the same game OSU! was based on.
lyrica too
Bro, I spent my LIFE playing Cytus...
Robeats gets really hard, and it’s honestly tons of fun. That’s how I got into rhythm games in the first place, not gonna lie.
Robeats is like literally exactly just 4k osu!mania with that release mechanic.
Combined with a frankly pay-to-win gear system, it's not really the most "fair" rhythm game multiplayer wise, but the game itself works alright as a rhythm game. If you wanted a Roblox rhythm game, it's not surprising why many people gravitate towards Robeats.
@@cubesolver2564 the gear system makes this more of an idol game than a rhythm game.
Same here, started with robeats and then to other rhythm games
It made people stick around this game and try to get your gear up so you dont get bored to those same song you play over and over
“Squeezing money out of children” is a perfect description
do you even know how to play?????
Well how else do you expect a free to play game to make money without ads interrupting gameplay all the time?
@@mythicpineapple8052 Its not a pay to win. I know how to earn everything FOR FREE.
It’s really sad too. If you know where to look you can find some really creative people and fun communities making some good games that aren’t p2w.
@@thundermill7109 IT IS NOT PAY TO WIN.
15:24 imagine buying a song pack when you just *new* at arcaea
this post was made by no money gang
Especially Black Fate
I think black fate is a good song pack for newcomers, and i dit it too
same bro
@@kuharaku9803 lol u can't even unlock all of the songs in black fate if u don't already have eternal core, luminous sky and adverse prelude
@@fran_kurohime but now i already have it all lol
did anyone recommend you osu! before? it's a great rhythm game ngl
Bro I’ve heard of it. It’s pretty fire. I like it’s mania too. It’s like this vertical crap 😉
Ive only played Osu stream but it looks so cool... wish someone recommended it its awesome

I play mania and don't understand it
That was a bruh moment
Don't try iDOLM@STER, Love Live!, BanG Dream! too...
WarDimension: Rhythm Games I WAS GONNA COMMENT THIS LOL
My man i was losing it when he started playing at speed 1
He didn't even change the speed lmao

Me too, especially since I play with 6.5 note speed
Caleb Davis i play 5.5

What’s better? A Dance Of Fire And Ice, or ADOFAI
XD

Hey Toaster, I like your charts!
Toooosterrr
eyyyyyyyyy Toastie :))))))))))
hello thanks for making arcea very fun game

Try playing Cytus II, Deemo, Voez, or Bandori Party ^^

@@potatopotato-lf1ns mania sucks, it is so uncomfortable to play...

I was Gunna say the same thing
YES
I love Arcaea 🥲
And play with ur thumbs

Me: cries because was gonna leave a comment for him to try spin rythm XD
Spin rhythm is so good though, I mean at least if he uses mouse and keyboard there's a tactile click upon releasing the mouse button?
This is how my Arcaea addiction began.

*Index*
*Perfection*
@@TetraBui how is that possible
Thumb is actually more fun than playing index. I used to play index but switch to thumb, but the new maps are being quite cancerous for thumb players.
@@ktn5176 you can say that again
@@ktn5176 ikr, thumb play is more fun for me too. I really can't play Arcaea with index fingers, it's just doesn't feel right. But with thumbs, I got A on Grievous Lady.
You can adjust the speed of the notes in arcaea so that it will be easier to read.
I recommend 4-5 note speed because that's what I think is the average comfort speed for most people
I usually go 2.5x to 3x, 4x is too fast for me...
yes thank you for saying this, i wanted to scream that he can change the speed it’s so slow ;-;
Dubstep 298 are you still on present? i moved to ftr 8 and 9s o-o
Me who plays 5.5
honey lavender i moved to 10+’s and 11s
Man i was having a stroke for seeing that he didn't changed the note speed on arcaea LMAO
It was painful. I played at speed 1 last week and after increasing like 3 speed levels I cannot touch default speed anymore.
So happy that you tried out Arcaea - would love to see a full video on it! (May I just recommend that in the settings of the game, you bump up the speed to at least 3 or higher? It'll make the notes less crowded and much more possible ;D)
koifishu: buys black fate
me: *_oh no_*
(if you dont know, black fate is one of the hardest story pack in Arcaea.)
Yeah I laughed when he picked Equilibrium and said it was probably easy. Nothing in Black Fate is easy...
i reccomend enternal core first than black fate
Not really that hard ngl GL is harder lol
but he only played equilibrium so eh
@@idioticbosd7995 ngl BF is harder than VL because of 1f1e33, dantalion, and tempestissimo are just hard as fuck
F for KoiFishu
I'm so happy you found Arcaea, aside from Osu it's my favorite rhythm game. It's honestly shocking it's not more popular. Imo the most amazing entry in the genre since Chunithm.
Arcaea gang rise up!
@@flowwy_ join me in!
But man is arcaea hard
@@justinf.5688 only the later songs tbh, i am a god awful player and can still get an A on stuff like #1f1e33 ftr
@@flowwy_ wow that is beyond what I am capable of, my dumbass has been stuck at potential 9.50 for a year after some on and off playing.
Might start playing again and try to get potential 10 after seeing this vid
it was hard watching him talk about how you have to buy the songs when the "now playing" tab was right there lmfao
and he probably had enough coins from the song he just played to get a new one
19:12 "I don't like the slider release mechanic"
dude that mechanic is almost in every VSRG
I’m sad that there wasn’t Hatsune Miku Project Diva on here... I love the game so much
An amazing game. If he had a PS4 he could get Future Tone- or if he had a switch, he could get MegaMix. Hope he sees your comment!
@@eldritchseraphim There's a PC version someone made of it but it is mostly custom songs but people ported over official charts, that being said it can be a pain to set up so for just testing purposes it probably wouldn't be worth it
Robin Nieves Ohhh! I think ive seen Hisokee use it, but since i don’t even have a ps4 controller of my own i don’t think it’s possible lmao. but that’s neato!
@@eldritchseraphim Yeah, Hiso and a lot of others play it. With it, you can actually use keyboard, one of the top players, kominsach, uses keyboard. You can most likely use a variety of controllers since you have to use something like joy2key to use a controller. It's called PPD, Hiso has a playlist of songs he played on it.
Robin Nieves there’s a (legally questionable?) dump of the arcade future tone machine that can be played for free on intel pc’s. it’s pretty popular in the project diva community. the ps4/switch versions are just a port of arcade future tone for console, so it’s essentially the same game
An independent Arcaea video in the future? Would love to see you cover it in depth, your reaction in just that short 20 minutes was super cool to watch.
espically to some of the stuff BF pulls in its final stretch
"20 Minutes is not Enough to Play Arcaea"
**Picks The 'Black Fate' Pack as His First Song Packs**
FYI : _"Black Fate" has the Hardest Lv11 Song that Called "Tempestissimo" but you need some Partners (Characters) that you _*_only_*_ can obtain by buying the two other Story Packs "Luminous Sky" and "Vicious Labyrinth"._
so in my opinion, buying the "Black Fate" at first is not worth
Arcahv exists
Just add Eternal Core to the mix
And Adverse Prelude
This will be useful for my friend
@ dont you have to clear Equilibrium with hard gauge to unlock Tempestissimo? And you need a story section in Black Fate unlocked, meaning you still have to go through Eternal Core, Luminous Sky, Vicious Labyrinth and Adverse Prelude (unless you can just skip, idk i never tried that).
@@RealRosieLol You could EX Equilibrium 5 times. There are multiple ways for some of them.
19:20 this is a thing in pretty much every mania style game though, if you release off time, it will say you did. That's why it requires such accuracy and precision to get high acc.

If you ever can, Beat Saber is a vr rhythm game and is tons of fun.
For clarification, there are licences songs that are in arcaea. For those who dont know, a good handful of songs in the free pack (Infinity Heaven, Chronostasis, GOODTEK) are all part of bms competitins where people make original songs for a simulator of iidx. Though arcaea has alot of originals, those tend to be more in the paid packs, but they can still have licences. Conflict and Halcyon are bms and Particle Arts is by Porter Robinson (as Virtual Self) which is probally the biggest name in the song list rn
I've been playing arcaea for about two years now and it's honestly my favorite rhythm game, all the songs are great and the note patterns are so satisfying. My personal favorite is Tempestissimo :)
Was hopping for him to play quaver
Thats practically osu 4/7key. And not much more.
*but i stll play it*
Cronch ye idk why but it just seems way smoother than normal mania
yeah i def prefer quaver to osu mania
TerraType ye. But I still play mania cuz of the rankings. I do prefer quaver tho gameplay wise.
@@thorsthunder yeah, having lane covers is so nice, as well as a lot of the other small details that just make life easier. I hope osu!mania can improve to match the experience, or quaver can absorb the playerbase, then we'll truely have a nice game for 4/7k

When he said ADOFAI is probably the easiest I had vietnam flashbacks of the later maps on there
says adofai is the easiest when it’s one of the hardest rhythm games out there
*gets notification and sees robeats in thumbnail*
hM i have clicked on a very interesting video, have i?
imagine him playing grievous lady or tempestissimo in arcaea....that'd be a sight to behold, i still have nightmares from these two
No one:
Koi: *plays intense music as a substitution of a cute song*
hey Koi, if you decide to go back to ADOFAI, i have just a couple of tips. first off, you wanted custom levels, you can opt into the beta version of the game. (go to the library page for it, properties, betas. there's no password). also, you can pause the level at any time (or menu) and press c to enter a calibration thing. just tap to the beat and it'll calibrate it for you, instead of guessing repeatedly
You should try: Geometry Dash; Deemo; Cytus; and Cytus 2. These have been my favorite music games before osu!
G dash isn't a rythm game
@@tokiotou +1
Cytus 2 is the best
@@tokiotou He knows that's why he said 'music' games
@@tokiotou he said music games, look closely
When you were playing Renai Circulation and you put Everything Will Freeze music on top, well thats also a RoBeats song lol
13:17 Considering that Infinity Heaven is officially featured in osu!, you're good in my book, so no cringe.
Fun Fact: Everything will freeze is in robeats and it's hard as shit.
Ive gotten down to 2 misses on the hard version, its more of a warm up tbh
it takes practice
my stamina is trash so i get tired at the starting bit
Both hard and normal versions are easy lmao
Anyone think the fucking normal version of everything will freeze in robeats I'd harder than the damn hard one
@@mangaenthusiast10 only the end

*proceeds to put in death metal music
He put in everything will freeze which is another song in ro beats lol
another very nice rhythm game on phone/tablet is Bang Dream, it is an anime rhythm game that has 6 bands with original and cover songs, it used to be 5 bands but there has been an update so now there’s a new one!
always feels so awkward when someone who hasn’t played Roblox in a long time or at all.
fellow robloxians can relate
okay to answer your questions on intralism lmao
feedback is turned off on default on relax mode, you can turn on hitsounds on settings for relax mode. pro players sometimes turn off hitsounds because they find it annoying so just saying. theres not much visual feedback on pro clips because they turned off camera movement as it will affect their gameplay.
there is a search bar on intralism, you have to go to the workshop tab and on the top right, there's a search bar on top there.
the default controls wasd or arrow keys is shit dont use it, i highly recommend anyone playing this game to play with two hands, preferably with the mania layout. it might take some time for you to get used to it, but after a while you should be able to get a hang of it.
so yeah..
OOF there we go now its the right account
"Isn't there a very simmilar game called adofai?" Didn't expect that to make me laugh so hard
btw if you didn't know, you have to perfectly release key on slider ends in osu mania too. I know it's incredibly annoying at first, but when you get better, you do it automatically without thinking about it. And it's actually incredibly satisfying and fun to play slider heavy maps in mania and hit everything perfectly.
when he said ADOFAI is different game from "A Dance of Fire and Ice" I feel that
FINALLY! someone did Arcaea. Thank you! its a very underrated game and one of the gold mines of mobile games.
...underrated?
There are tons of players
i mean... the fanbase is large in japan but overseas...
yeah
Arcaea is pretty popular but Dynamix (you may not know it) is highly underrated I love both of them
Here is a robeats thing how to improve: robeats made new update where you can change notespeed in settings. It helps ALOT. Going to mics-players-join, you can look at hard songs people want someone to join in. On this one you need to earn coins and buy notes so you can buy and uprgrade your gear. Hope that was helpful beacuse its actualy a pretty good game. (You can also change your keys in settings too)
Wow I just found your channel and askjdfls you have a new sub sir o7
If you enjoy touch screen rhythm games I recommend any of the Rayark games (Cytus/CytusII/Voez/Deemo) and Lanota (which has a story but the mapping in the later levels are realllly good)
Koi: *not playing osu!*
TH-cam: no no, you ARE playing osu!
19:17 welp, that exists in osu!mania too.
Also, SillyFangirl has also played roBeats before, he's kinda decent i would say
Btw, there is a game called "Robeats Community Server". It has harder and more difficult maps made by the community, and all of it is not locked behind the shop system and you can jump in and play them immediately.
Edit: Also you can change key configs and offset in the settings, so I recommend using two hands when playing.
19:15 "i dont like the slider release mechanic"
*cries in mania ln main*
Why does intralism play the 2012 youtube intro type beat
You mean call of duty??
When you play Arcaea, there's offset & speed (to react to notes faster/slower)
Arcaea indeed is a very fun rhythm game and what makes it even better is that you can play it on mobile devices
As others have been saying, you can change note speed in settings so that higher note density levels become more readable
You can also change partners; each one has different stats and skills, like Hikari (the one you played with) essentially being easy mode and Tairitsu (the other f2p partner) being normal mode, and you can unlock more partners by buying packs or participating in events
also lol at buying Black Fate first, it's the hardest pack out of all xd, it's recommended to play it after all other main story packs
(and pls make more videos of you playing Arcaea that would be awesome tyy)
I felt that moment when he looked into his cup and it was empty.
Koi: How can I flex on all my viewers
VOEZ is another mobile rhythm game that’s pretty fun too!
Technically not a tight rhythm game like OSU and such, but Beat Saber with its custom maps is absolutely fantastic. Just wish the actual timing aspect played more into scoring (though I've read that due to the *actual* 3d-space placement of blocks this causes all kinds of issues apparently).
Please play Cytus 2, it is a very very fun mobile rhythm game with an immersive futuristic story involving disappearing music stars, a trapped AI, jazzy gangs, and more lore. The game is also a very high paced tap the note on the screen, essentially an osu fit for mobile, but nothing like osu other than the fact you touch dots. But yes, incredible game, I highly recommend it.
Hey i recommend you playing the rhythm game called "Cytus" its very good
I love how he called it adofi "a wholesome indie game"
19:45 this man turned renau circulation into a hard rock song
Nice
I really wish you try out Rhythm Doctor. It's probably one of the most unique rhythm games out there which is good.
You are able to search for songs in Intralism, you have to go to the workshop.
He definitely should try to play Deemo :V
Yep
tbh bang dream or also ensemble stars would be fun to see you play!! they’re really good rhythm games with fun songs, some of them can be really challenging too!!
you can change the notespeed in arcaea, making it a little easier to read, default speed is 1.0 and i think it goes up to 5.0
arcaea is pretty cool :)
there's also a different version of robeats, being the robeats community server. regular robeats is more focused on what gear you can get to improve your score (boost combo multiplier, fever multiplier, or score/timing of note accuracies), but songs are harder to access. while the community server has a ton of songs/beatmaps, some beatmaps originating from osu!mania. community server also has really, really hard songs. i also think you have every song in the community server from the start too.
If u make this a series, you should play cytus 2, dynamix, voez, love live, and lanota!!
May I also add Deemo, Quaver, Bandori, Tapsonic, Project Diva FT/39S/PDXX, SDVX and Groove Coaster
I also want to add Phigros, Deemo, Overrapid, Muse dash and tone sphere
Him: **Plays Arcaea at 1 speed**
Me who always plays at 4.3 speed: “I saw nothing”
me who plays on max speed
If you do play Arcaea more, or any rhythm games on a newer iOS device try using guided access (under settings > accessibility > general/guided access) as this will let you disable the bar to exit the app. It prevents accidentally exiting the app for a second and just makes the games way less frustrating to play.
“This is already too hard for me”
Buys the hardest song pack in the game and plays on default note speed.
if you want a really hard level in a dance of fire and ice just type ''quree'' in the level select menu
What?
Try playing "SoundSpace" It's roblox beatsaber and you dont need VR
its more osu! than beat saber
Something of Someone nope, its beat saber
Something of Someone no it’s based off beatsaber
Cough.
*I wanna see Koi flail around in Beat Saber*
Hey man I've checked your videos and I saw that you mostly play osu! (obviously, as you've mentioned in the video, lol) and I presume you've also tried checking osu!mania, (4k, 5k, 7k) I suggest checking O2Jam (pretty much osu!mania but I guess a medieval version of it) Cytus (1 and 2, since you've been pressing circles, it's not much of a stretch), and Clone Hero (yea Guitar Hero but it's on PC and there are a lot of custom songs and all that.)
Next time try Cytus II
renai circulation = everything will freeze
hell yea
12:00 Koi, how do you forwarded phone to pc? Pls tell what apps you used ... PLS

I'd love to see you play bandori! It's a great game, I think you'd like the difficulty of some songs. You can play it on your phone :)
I Recommend You To Try >>>
>>> MALODY (Key,Taiko, Pad, Slide Mode in one game and you can import charts from osu, BMS, Taiko and you can Edit your own song.
>>> MUSYNC (Amazing indie rhythm Game and High Graphic in Play Store
Also in IOS, PC, PS4, Switch, Android)
I will recommend: BanG Dream
There's a Japanese version on the japanese app store called QooApp, or u could just get it on the play store
LLSIF is a good game too, don't forget about that one.
KoiFishu: Talking about how releasing finger to the track is bad for held notes.
Mania players: Is that so?
The long note release mechanic provides better music sync, for example like in piano where you need to release the key (detaching) to get the melody right. This is just what i learned from messing around with mania mapping. Just stating this, not debating.
I recommend Lanota, it's a premium mobile game (tho android has a free demo to try) but it's so beautiful and it got me into rhythm games. Worth a shot~
"Do you need two tap two at the same time?"
*laughs in Soulless 4 outro*
@Alice thats a deadly part in a song if i've ever seen one... like, i know its a meme but its robotic buildup level shit
@Alice eh, thats kinda true. But like, I'll say "Caged" then. That's on MTB level.
@Alice It's a meme, that's why it was purposely made harder than everything.
@Alice speaking of modern players, LeafGreen actually learned not to spam! His hand movements still look fast and spammy sometimes, but if you slow down the video, you see that he's only hitting the necessary frets.
Why is nobody talking about his old roblox account age
ok
Groove Coaster? Sound Voltex or the Roblox ver. Sound Volbox? Quaver? Spin Rhythm XD? DJMAX Respect V? Would be awesome to see you try more!
Lanota is my favourite mobile rythm game in terms of gameplay... It's so dynamic and different from everything else
