Flintstones: actually shows characters growing up
Simpsons: still look the same since 1987
Flinstones is a good show
Yea. you're right.
Sakujima Iwata true .
Henry Corden did Fred's singing voice for A Man Called Flintstone in 1966
Even Steve from American Dad supposedly hit puberty but he still hasn’t had any voice changes, hair on his chest, or any growth spurts.
"Why didn't the sonogram tell us we were having twins?"
"The sonogram machine was just a baby elephant."
"It's a living"
It wasn't a sonogram, they just heard the heartbeats. They must have been sinchronized and sounded like one heartbeat.
Twins
When it comes to fictional families, I love it when the daughter inherits from the father while the son inherits from the mother.❤️
Me too! 🥰
It often happens in real families as well🥰
That's normally how the genes and genetics, and chromosomes work- a kid takes after the parent who's the opposite gender
Becoming grandparents of the same babies, at the same time with your best friend, had to be one of the greatest conforting feeling in the world :'3 💙
Push him out! Push him out! Way out!
Fred this is not the football game! lol that always makes me laugh
+BSAA Jill Valentine lol same
Horenramon I remember seeing this as a kid and I have always loved that part as a kid
i did not notice that part when i was a kid
this part you didn't notice when you were little?
Fred and his football yelling although he always makes me laugh
“Congratulations!
Love
Bill Hanna
Joe Barbera”
Okay...that was a cute in-joke, you got me there.
I know right
I 'Awww'd' and almost teared up.
Not the first time they've done this either. Pebbles and Bam Bam also invited them to their Wedding in I Yabba Dabba Do
"It's a boy!" "It's a girl!" "Make up your mind doc, which one is it?" "Actually, it's both." *oh shit*
Deity Dodectreon lol
IT'S A MAN!
Both Barney and Fred got what they wanted. So sweet.
Mario: Bye, bi.
That had my ass laughing! 🤣🤣🤣
Fred is a GRAND DAD
Technically, both Fred and Barney would be GRAND DADS.
HEHEHE I AM A SUPAHSTAR WARRIA And Wilma is a grandma.
Yet he, Wilma, Barney, and Betty still has not aged a day
HEHEHE I AM A SUPAHSTAR WARRIA well Wilma is the grandma
No
"Come on Pebbles, one more push!" Imagine explaining that to a six-year-old kid watching this on TV.
Alan DeMoss I don’t know why But seems so inappropriate
Right
I saw it as a child and it never bothered me much
It's just birth, I've seen kittens being born younger lol
Alan DeMoss 😂 Omg
This scene was definitely a heartwarming moment. It also makes me think to myself that I wish there was a show that focused on Bamm-Bamm's and Pebbles' lives as parents with Roxy and Chip being the main focus of a potential spin-off. It would have been really interesting seeing how Roxy and Chip grew up as characters and found their own passions in life, thus making for a strong show chronicling the lives of these twins.
I heard they was gonna do one but it got scrapped
@@gwenmloveskpopandmore One of the clearest examples of a missed opportunity ever. Sad isn't it.
@@operaanimelover369 yeah the show just wound up getting canceled because of some arguments and conflicts the companies had I believe
Not to mention that Fred & Barney are laugh riots as usual.
is it just me or does bamm-bamm look and kinda sound like Fred from scooby-Doo? lol
same
+Jeremy Buro Same voice actor
KaioConnor yeah I noticed that to
Jeremy Buro yes he does and Pebbles looks like Dafne. They are their reincarnations. Not coincidence. They were made for each other since always
Jeremy Buro It's Hanna Barbera. Everything gets recycled across their projects - voice actors, character designs, animation sequences, jokes.
I always wondered, who were Bam Bam's biological parents and as far as I know, it was never confirmed. According to the show, he was just adopted by Barney and Betty.
Actually, they did show his real parents in the first appareance of Bam Bam. I remember that they abandoned him in the door of the rubbles and after that, they wanted to get him again but the wife got pregnant and they decided that left him to the rubbles
Marcos Pezo they weren’t his biological parents, those were rich people trying to adopt him as well.
He didn’t have biological parents. Some rich people wanted to adopt him but they got pregnant anyway
Marcos Pezo no,no we never see BamBam’s biological parents.
Barney and Betty wanted to adopt BamBam legally but as part of the process Bam Bam was considered a ward of the state and had to be left with CPS until all the necessary paperwork and red-tape was taken care of for the Rubbles application but, what they neglected to tell them was that a previous application from the Rockefeller’s or Stonefeller’s requesting to adopt a boy was already in affect.
So Barney and Betty got a lawyer to try and fight against them over custody. unfortunately Rockefeller‘s or stonefeller’s won but before he could leave with Bam Bam Mr. Rockfeller or stonefeller received a call from his wife saying she was going to have her own baby so they gave him back to Barney and Betty.
Yeah, they showed BamBam being an orphan getting adopted by the Rubbles, but what I remember so heartbreaking for me was when Barney thought he and Betty lost their chance at having a child, Barney tried killing himself by throwing himself off a bridge with a boulder. That was dark even for an older series cartoon. I can't remember who stopped him but I do know what did stop Barney was when he learned he and Betty were going to be keeping their son.
When i first saw this scene as a kid, it got me so emotional and cried happily. Even my mom hugged me and asked "are you happy that they are parents?", and i happily said yes.
Like, not only i grew up watching the Flintstones, peebles and bam-bam also grew up and became parents to a cute pair of twins. I even cried more when they had to move on and say goodbye to fred and the others. To me, that's a sweet emotional way to end the original Flintstones series :')
The next generation of "The Flintstones" begins. *YABBA-DABBA-DOO!*
Here's the catch: it wasn't a goodbye forever. It was only as Tigger would say, "T.T.F.N. Ta-ta for now." You see, the original 4 (Fred, Wilma, Barney, & Betty) would see Pebbles, Bamm-Bamm, & the twins again in the Christmas special where Fred & Wilma adopt a child.
A true finale of the Flinstones.
*It's been a gay ole' time!*
They also did a Christmas Special
afterwards.
The Christmas special was the best! We still watch it every Christmas
Awww the girl had Bam Bam’s hair and the boy had Pebbles 😍❤️.
🙂
Ikr? isn't that the cutest thing? But I especially love how Bam Bam started encouraging Pebbles while she was giving birth to the babies.
When it comes to fictional families, I love it when the daughter inherits from the father, while the son inherits from the mother.❤️
@@marcodiaz6322 yess same! When I have my kids I want my son to be named after me and my daughter after her dad
That’s the point
"Give us a smile, Pebbles.”
*.......Bruh!* 😂😂😂😂
Awww.....Barney is *so* innocent, it's cute.
Fred & Barney are laugh riots.
Funny but poor timing.
What a happy ending of the Flintstones. 🥰🥰🥰
I think there was one more Christmas special.
i love how bam bam comforts her :) so sweet
Yeah.
Scintest: Pregnancy and giving birth in the prehistoric area is impossible
The flintstones: hold my beer
That really is far fetched cuz then why would we be here?
I'm almost certain a real *scientist* would never say that.
Lady Bloom
Who is the scientist?
@@collgoff read what the OP posted then read my comment.
@@nghsrae14 of course not, only a "scintest" would say that
THUS GRANDAD WAS BORN!
GRAND DAD!
FLEENTSTONES?
700th like!
It’s too funny when Fred said “Will you make up your mind already, is it a boy or a girl!?”
*It's both!* Nothing more precious than that! PS: Both me and my twin were opposite sexes. *Makes this more cute for me*
Twins!
The biggest mystery is not knowing which twin was unplanned.😮
I never seen pebbles and banbam as not being bsbies
look up "I Yabba Dabba Do" if you haven't already
+Chastity Bekish
yeah I looked it up shortly after I posted this comment. well I looked up episode where they are older it was good but nothing can come close to the classic :)
Although yes it was good either way
Similarly, there was a TV show in the 70's called "The Pebbles & Bamm-Bamm Show" where they're teenagers.
Carlea Stafford from the Thumbnail, I was wondering why Pebbles was a boy and Bambam was a girl
Carlea Stafford me too
Aww. Pebbles' babies are so cute.
Yes is so cut
A wath se so cute
I still need to know if there siblings
Aren’t they adorable?
I know. The girl, Roxanne “Roxy” Rubble, looked like a prehistoric version of Judy Jetson. I’m not gonna lie; she did.
I remember this too fondly me and my grandmother would laugh at Fred rooting for his daughter like its a Olympic event😂😂
I’ll be so happy if we ever see Adult Pebbles and Bamm-Bamm and the twins again, even if it’s just for a small cameo or moment.
There's a christmas episode where they cameo, it's called A Flintstone family christmas
Funny thing is... Fred, Barney, Wilma, Betty, etc don't look a day older then when Pebbles and Bam Bam were babies. lol
You'd think they would have grey hair and wrinkles. lol
Like Wilma's mother.
@@dezeraejames7934 yeah i still shocked she was alive and well with her same look around what 20 years from Bam-bam's and Pebble's age?
It's called "Selective aging" the comic books do it alot. They age some characters- Like Batman's various Robins- while Bats himself stays mid-30s forever. It's easier to sell a Batman in his prime than one that's retired. Same here. Fred's still mid-to-late 30s, and probably still works at the rock quarry.

I'm so happy for Pebbles and Bamm-Bamm. 💐
I'm so glad that they let Pebbles and Bamm Bamm grow up
Not only that, but they also got to be married and start a family of their own.
I love how Bam-Bam was like, “here ya’ go, dear.”
Probably in *complete* shock how he was the father of twins! There doesn't appear to be *any* ultrasound in this stone age.
Pebbles being born will always be the best and funniest moment for a cartoon for me.
That was a touching-episode as well.
They honestly should start considering making a spin-off show with the twins growing up and with the kids spending the summer with their grandparents or something💙💖💙💖💙💖💙💖💙💖💙💖🦕🦖👍🏻
“Fred this isn’t a football game!”😂
Fred:”push him out push him out wayyyy out”
Joey from Friends S1E23: “Push him out push him out wayyy out” I love both shows
Wilma I'm kirrmiting suicide
Chip snaps fingers and plays the piano man song
Cosby did it before either of them, although possibly not the first.
Fred is officially a...Say it with me, Now....GRAND DAD!!!
FLEENSTONES?!
Barney is a Grandfather too.
@@jedi328 he and Betty are technically adoptive grandparents since Bam Bam is their adopted son.
*FLEENSTONES?*
*The next generation of Flintstone!*
This is even more adorable when they decide to name the babies after Hanna and Barbera.
Awww... The family is bigger now. :') So cute.
The modern Stone-Age family of 6 is now a family of 8.
Haha Bill Hanna and Joe Barber give themselves a shout out in the very end haha 😅
This is my favorite made-for-tv Flintstones special. It shows a new generation of Rubble-Flintstones being born and it’s sweet to see Wilma & Fred becoming grandparents.
I'm honestly surprised that Wilma said "football" instead of something like "footrock".
Lolwutburger / FluffyMystic right
Lolwutburger / FluffyMystic also what would prehistoric football be like
It's a football! I chiseled it. It's a stone, Luigi. You didn't make it. Also, not all Flintstones puns have to be rock related.. XD
Ol,,,..
Wll2lqllapslalal3
Lolwutburger iooo
Fred became a GRAND DAD in the FLEENSTONES family
The daughter came out with a ponytail😂. Ive never see peeble and bam bam grown up
They Grow Up so Fast.
In the words of the lion 🦁 king 🤴 through despair and hope it’s the circle of life and it moves us all
In that kind of scenario, both Bam-Bam and Pebbles take one of their children in their arms each, Fred screams "Yabba-Dabba-Doo!", The Flintstones logo appears on screen and credits roll. The circle of life moves us all.
they have baby twins aww that's so cute 😇
Adorable!
@@avagodfrey7910 thx
Awwww cute couple
Yeah
Well at least I get to ship them
Pebbles and Bam-Bam must been one in a million in terms of growing up together, then falling in love, and then staying in love in both marriage and starting a family. It must happen in the real world, but it must be *so* insanely rare.
Mhm!
0:46 The baby boy has Pebble’s hair and the baby girl has Bam-Bam’s hair💗💗💗💗🤧😭🥺🤧🥺😭🤧🥺😭🤧🥺😭
That right
Pebbles daughter’s hair reminds me of Princess Elsa from the Frozen movie

It was so cute when Chip and Roxy were talking away to each other, they also love each other as well
The football game joke that had me laughing my butt off😂😂🤣🤣🤣😂

So he made her Bedrock?
Barney: Uhh, give us a smile Pebbles.

Awwwwww! TOO ADORABLE. Fred and Barney r grandpa’s. Can’t wait 4 the baby boy 2 b all “BAM-BAM!” and Bamm-Bamm would b like “That’s my boy.” It must’ve been harder 4 Pebbles 2 go into labor because of being in the Stone Age.

Pebbles Flintstone looks soooo pretty as a grown woman! I freaking loooove her! 😍😍
I've heard of this show but I didn't know that Pebbles and Bamm-Bamm were married and had kids! I really didn't know that! :)
The Flintstones is a classic. If you like the old Scooby Doo cartoons you would probably like this one.
It's from a duology of movies, both released in 1993.
They are called "I Yabba-Dabba-Do", and "Hollyrock-A-Bye Baby". They get married in the first, and have children in the second.
These were then followed by a Christmas special, "A Flintstones Family Christmas" around that same time.
*Now you do!*
I feel so weird watching this alone in my room as an adult 😂😂
Congrats to them , one of my favorite cartoon shows of all time wish they had continued to make new episodes
I love the babies big mouths crying! Someone just drew circles!🤣🤣

The New Generation of the Flintstones series.
Awwwww they're so adorable ❤️❤️😘
“GIVE US A SMILE PEBBLES!!”

Oh, Barney.....
I always loved these Flintstones specials. IDK why. Probably because they had more heart and charm to them then most modern cartoons. But of course, there's still plenty of cartoons that have heart and charm too.
A Polish youtuber thinks this is best couple ever in cartoons because they are the only couple which got married. And for him they look so much like Dafne and Fred.

You can't show things like this in a cartoon anymore. Labour in a kids show. It sure makes you look at this old show in a different way.
Love the fact that when the twins come out, they are smiling and giggling within *seconds.* It takes about two months for a newborn to smile after birth in real life. Also, it takes at least an hour for twin after the other to come out naturally. Most have c section births. Just love that they kept the birth procedure real enough to life, but made it *still* kid-friendly. That's an cartoonist art.
Beautiful pebbles and bam bam 💋💘💗❤

GRAND DAD
FLEENTSTONES?!!!
Can't believe Fred is finally a granddad
He can now share a drink with my own dad in the grandad club. My twin sister last week had a baby girl.
It wasn't just Fred who became a grandpa. Both he & Barney became grandpas.
Well, since this happened roughly a million years ago Fred and all the regulars have long since gotten their rewards but we can see them depicted at any stage of life! Don't forget that Fred and Wilma had started out as a childless couple married about ten years then a few years after that had Pebbles and soon afterwards Barney and Betty adopted Bamm-Bamm.
This is the finale for me. A wholesome note
"Way to go, son!"
"Uhh...thanks! I think."
Humans have been embarrassing their kids since the beginning of time, it seems.
I think Bam-Bam was probably shocked that he was the father of twins. Obviously this stone-age has no ultrasound.
I love that there was encouragment and a bit of a birth scene.😀
what the hell...definitely something cartoons wouldn't show today lol
I was gonna object, until I remembered _The Rugrats Movie_ came out 22 years ago.
