I like the sternoclydomastoid because it’s one of the muscles that has 3 points of attachments. Like how wild that there’s a muscle connecting your chest to your clavicle and then to your jaw! Bodies are so incredibly intricate

In my biology/anatomy classes, the professors and videos always just pronounced it "hi-oid." I think it's exactly how it looks, but our brains are like "it must be more complicated than that!"

You can touch where you need to to feel muscle, but I'm not sure you'll find any. Saggy man boobs and buttocks for sure, but muscles, well, you're welcome to try. If you find one, I can try to tone it then I suppose. Have at it. 😅
