I have been following for a while and listening to your vidoes helps me sleep but also concentrate at work. Scalp and back inspections, measuring, are amazing but my favorite is hair brushing.
My 3 favorite asmr triggers 1. Face touching/inspection Really enjoy the pov of someone looking me over and touching my face hand movements in/out of frame, inspection and giving personal attention. 2. Face writing For some reason I really enjoy the visual of a pen writing notes or symbols on my face. The movement of the hand/pen right in the camera/POV is quite unique. 3. Solid tool use I enjoy most solid tool use pov asmr, sticks, lights, scissors, pincers, crystals, measuring tape/equipment, etc. (I say Solid because I don’t really enjoy soft tools like brushes)

This was the most relaxing way to get instructions on how to do something 🤗 My first favorite trigger is light scrapping of the skin, my second is when the all might gloves come on and my third favorite trigger is definitely just listening to whispers (bonus points for when it’s in a different language) 😁

I find it fascinating how different everyone’s top triggers are. The main thing that changes something from an annoyance to a trigger for me is intent. Someone tapping something is annoying, but someone like Sophie making tapping noises as she concentrates on her task, is amazing. My big triggers are different to many though, the top one is drilling or vibrating noises, so I love sci-fi ones. Sophie’s content is some of the best for this type though, I love it.

I enjoy most solid tool use pov asmr, sticks, lights, scissors, pincers, crystals, measuring tape/equipment, etc.
(I say Solid because I don’t really enjoy soft tools like brushes)
So my three favorite triggers...hard to think about but I think I got it
1. Plucking, big fan enjoy the visuals and sounds that can come with
2. Makeup application, for some reason feeling like I'm having a makeover is just...really calming
3. Soft talking in general, it just relaxes me no matter what is being said
I literally watch this video every day. It's my favorite of all. I love when you use many different tools, you make everything feel so real and calm. Thank you, because this video has gotten me through some of the worst moments these past 2 months.

I find it fascinating how different everyone’s top triggers are. The main thing that changes something from an annoyance to a trigger for me is intent. Someone tapping something is annoying, but someone like Sophie making tapping noises as she concentrates on her task, is amazing.
My big triggers are different to many though, the top one is drilling or vibrating noises, so I love sci-fi ones. Sophie’s content is some of the best for this type though, I love it.
