    Hi,
    I have a question: in this video, you are saying the temperature of the lattissima pro is 140 degrees. In the other video, where you are comparing the lattissima pro vs latisima plus, you said the plus reaches 140 degrees and you said it a bit cold comparing the pro which reaches 160 degrees.
    Could someone clearly this, in which video the information is correct?

    When you say this froths milk, does it only froth milk? I love steamed milk and am debating between this and the Creatista. So my question is, does this also steam milk as good as the Creatisa Pro? I'm not much of a froth person at all and preferred that silky milk instead.

    I was wondering if you can make an iced variation of drinks with this machine? Or can you change the temperature settings or milk frothing temp settings?

    Ive just received one of these for Xmas and got to say I so far prefer my old Dolce gusto. Yes it makes a nice cup of coffee but the milk comes out Luke warm, the hot water feature is well slow and its quite noisy all for £400. The video mentions a tip to pre heat cup and pipes, you shouldn't have to. Tried making a hot chocolate with it today but it ended up in microwave.

      David Lucas yes, I find that it’s lukewarm too. Difficult to know is that’s a manufacturing fault or normal for the machine!

    You used a dial thermometer and verified the temp of 140 degrees within 1 second of inserting it into the cap.

    How does the pro compare to the Touch? Can you program the size like the Touch?

    • @nbnetc
      @nbnetc 6 ปีที่แล้ว

      I bought the Touch and sent it back to get the Pro. No comparison. Pro quality of the machine and features is 100% better and well worth the extra bucks.

    How does the temperature compare to a regular Nespresso machine and the Aerochino frother? Shouldn't it be hotter than 140?

      Great question. I think it's really depends what you are looking for. If you want fully automatic system then go with Pro. If you want to froth your own perfection then Maestria. Hope this helps.

    What would you say is the best single serve espresso machine that makes the best quality of milk frothing? That fine foam of milk that expensive professional espresso machine can make ?

    • @Prestochef
      @Prestochef  9 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      missgumgum1216 This machine is simply the best in Single Serve Coffee category. You cannot compare it against classic Espresso machine. You can take a look out comparison th-cam.com/video/5UoQQl_bVnI/w-d-xo.html&lc as a reference.

    I am so pissed, where was this when I got my vermisso and milk frother from starbucks last year? This seems to have everything it one place and it has more variety of flavors of pods I'm assuming also tea, I'm assuming. I can't drink caffeine anymore so my set doesn't come much in handy since my stores never carry the decaf pods and I hate shopping online since it never loads for me.

      How about selling your machine on Ebay and using the change to go towards the one you want?

    • @park2086

      Kelsey Cate I was lucky to get this machine! Nespresso uses top 2-3% coffee beans produced in the world, and every single capsules are made in Swiss. Aluminum of the capsule is very effective at retaining flavor, and it is easy to recycle. There is way more to what they do. I know this because my friend works for the company, which helped my decision to get this machine after asking many questions. You should get one. I have latte right in front of my right now, and I can tell you that I cannot wait to get home from work to have dinner and have a cup of whatever I want to make with this. And again, no I am not affiliated with this company. My honest opinion. Hope this helps you to make a decision!

      We just upgraded from our second faulty Lattissimo Plus to a Breville Creatista Plus and the beverages are superior, from the actual way hotter temperatures to the much silkier frothing. The frothing and milk temperature are manually adjustable, whilst this one only allows its inferior frothing to be adjusted. The steps in actually making a milk beverage are slightly more complicated in that you need to press a button twice in order to froth your milk after brewing the coffee but it's no big deal at all considering that the coffee is simply better IMHO. We found it a pain to constantly disassemble the parts of the milk frother in the lattissimo plus to wash them as well as the container itself. It is way less of a PITA to clean the Creatista Plus after use. We found that we could never get a decent temperature from the Lattissima machines. This is most certainly not the case with our new Creatista, which also takes only 3 seconds to warm up as opposed to the Lattissima which seemed to take forever. Don't get me wrong, the Lattissima is better for making a larger number of beverages with the push of only one button. However it's not that much better considering you're already standing in front of the machine in the first place. Seriously check out the Creatista Plus. We honestly couldn't trust getting a third lattissima machine after the milk frother first two stopped working, even though we regularly maintained them.
