- For my first crystal guided meditation, I am excited to share with you this Rose Quartz Guided Meditation. Listen to this crystal meditation when you are ready to connect with the energy of Rose Quartz, the stone of love. This is a heart centered meditation that has some visualization exercises as well. If you do not have a rose quartz crystal with you for the meditation you can envision one with you to harness the energy of Rose Quartz. I just did this while high this was really emotional experience. I have been having a though time with accepting love and this brought back so many memories. I felt for the first time in months that I am connected to my rose quartz crystals and made me a remember a time in my life where I was more accepting of love. I always had on a rose quartz neckace. I felt connection not only to the rose quartz in my hand, as well as all other rose quartz in my home. thank you

I did this mediation EXACTLY when I needed it. I seen my rose quartz Crystal had fallen over on my table, I felt this urge to meditate with it after taking quite a long break from crystals. I had tears rolling down my face and and it was very healing ❤️🩹

I find it weird how when I was holding my rose quartz in my non dominant hand it felt like I was holding a marshmallow and the energy just vibrating around my hand

As soon as I set it up, put my intent placed all crystals on top in correct position, then placed the pyramid energizer on top, I could feel it working, made me very excited. The energy, amazing. I am enjoying your new agenda, Courtney, well done !

Not sure if I psyched myself out or I have a lot to cleanse because it sort of hurt having it rest on my heart I got really anxious and felt a little queasy idk I've felt similar before it's not really a good feeling lol anyone have any experience like that? It's usually whenever I try anything chakara related
This can happen and is normal. I would say if you feel its too uncomfortable having the crystal rest on your body you can definitely have it next to you and just imagine it on top of chest. I have had similar experiences when I do crown chakra crystal meditations - it can be very intense lol
