Loved it, just got home after seeing it for the seventh time! It’s run has been extended and I hope to catch it a couple more times in the theater before it’s gone.
While the animals learn to bond and have human characteristics (mostly navigating the boat and collaborating), there are times that Flow reminds you the cat is a cat. There's the scene with the lemur wagging it's long tail. The cat treats it like a string and bats at it, or when the lemur is doing something with the mirror that's causing the light to focus as a beam on the inside of the boat. The cat pounces at it like it's a laser pointer. This was mostly done with the cat and dog which most people have some familiarity with while the other animals have behavior that fewer people know.
Thanks for this review. I love Hundreds of Beavers and Sasquatch Sunset from this year. So I definitely want to check out this unique story. Gonna add Robot Dreams to that list as well. I didnt know i may love Silent FIlms lol

Thanks for tuning in! That’s the best thing about all four: they all feel unique in some way shape or form!
@@TylerWolff I watched Flow. Ended up loving it! That Capybara might be my fav character of 2024
Can anyone tell wtf happen to that bird with that weird light
No spoilers here! Besides, I think that’s best left up to interpretation
Not the best animated film of the year. Best film of the year.
Wish I could go that far on either, but it’s nice to hear other people say that!
