I am now done uploading videos from Oshkosh. What I will do next is finish uploading a couple of videos from Red Flag 21-3. While I'm doing that I will also be editing videos from LAX, which I am hoping to start uploading towards the end of this month. Finally, I have one more air show that I will be attending this month and that's the Chicago Air & Water Show, which will happen on August 21st. The Blue Angels will be the only performers this year and I will probably have my video uploaded a few hours after the show ends.
Most likely a communications system. I can't say for certain since I can't find any information online about those tail attachments. There's only three aircraft like this one in the world and they are used to conduct psychological operations and civil affairs broadcast missions in the standard AM, FM, HF, TV, and military communications bands. I got this information from Wikipedia and the U.S. Air Force website. I'll attach the links if you want a more detailed explanation. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lockheed_EC-130 www.af.mil/About-Us/Fact-Sheets/Display/Article/104535/ec-130j-commando-solo/

@2:30 That’s an EC-130 not an M variant
My bad. Haven't been getting much sleep during that week at Oshkosh so that's why stuff like this happens. Thanks for pointing that out!
I have never seen those tail attachments on a 130....is it some kind of radar or communications system?
