I am an Indian living in Russia. As per the TG news and updates and verified videos and photos, these terrorists were planning for this attack previously. On 7th of March people noticed these terrorists in the same mall, even one photographer took photo of one of the terrorists. They were planning to attack on 9th of March as there was another concert on that of a famous Russian singer. Maybe due to some reasons the terrorists changed their plans and waited 2 more weeks to attack the same mall during another concert. Which was the concert of Russia rock band Piknik.

That suggests Ukraine involvement (i.e. the GUR linked to their British and US counterparts, MI6 and the CIA). Isis indeed has connections with US imperialism, which it used as a proxy in its attempt to overthrow the Assad regime in Syria; but it got out of control, so the US had to do something to contain it.

This reminds me of the video game Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2. The controversial campaign mission named 'No Russian'. In this setting, the CIA sends an undercover agent to infiltrate the ultranationalist faction of Russia. The faction carries out an attack on a Russian International Airport using US/NATO made weapons and ammo. In the attack, the leader of the attack kills the undercover agent (being fully aware of his identity) to send the message that the US instigated this attack. This led to immediate escalation and WW3.
The game was released in 2009. Back then it felt like fantasy. But now after seeing the current geopolitical events, it no longer feels like a fantasy and that is not good at all for our world.
If we are considering possibilities then it's possible that little boy in the news being called a hero actually helped get the guns and ammo in to the venue the same way he helped people to escape

The Americans never gave Russia advance warning to correct you a bit, they warned their people privately, I’m in the US we asked the same questions why not inform Moscow if they had advanced knowledge, its not a false flag if your winning i.e the conflict .Why would they do this..
