Oh that’s hard! I grew up with Tom Baker and so it’s hard not to call him my Doctor. I love Sylvester and got to meet him a few times in Atlanta. Such a nice fellow! The modern doctors are all great but maybe I like Peter Capaldi the most.
I bet I could use this method to make green salsa using tomatillos and add some mild chilies along with the hot chilies. I also will roast in my air fryer, my oven doesn't work. Thanks for the recipe.
Hi! You absolutely can, and Liana makes the same suggestion as a footnote to her recipe. I often use my air frier for roasting poblanos, and I have no doubts you could do the whole recipe that way. You may need a tray, depending on your frier, to catch tomato juices, as they do let out quite a lot. I just dumped them back into the blender. Thanks for watching!
Everything about this was enjoyable.
Aww... thank you so much, Julie!
Those roasted serranos and tomatoes look sooooo enticing... 🤤
Right? There’s something about a bit of char that makes food look so delicious!
This has been our go-to method for years, so good, so easy!
I'm late to the game and boy do I have regrets. So great to see you here, man!
@@RandomRecipeProject just think of all the gallons of salsa in your future. Sorry I'm late.
after spotting your TARDIS magnet I am now curious to know whom is your favourite Doctor (mine's Sylvester McCoy)

I love Capaldi in The Thick Of It
