    i have the epson l120 and the display vs shirt print difference is off... it's darker than usual
    how do you fix that? i tried an experiment where i lower the temp and time but it looked faded
    my settings and shirt are 350F 30 seconds and Cotton Spandex shirt since that's what available for me to order

    Great tutorial. I’m getting ready to try my hand at my first sublimation shirt. You mentioned Silhouette Basic is FREE, and you do not own, at least at the time you made this video, a Cameo. I’ve downloaded the “Basic” and it’s asking for the serial number. I have a Cricut. Do you have any suggestions on a workaround?

      The Espson Eco tank 2720 and any sublimation paper from amazon and sublimation ink from amazon also, the ink that comes in the tank will need to be emptied and refilled with the sublimation ink for projects like these so keep the original ink bottles to refill with sublimation ink 💁‍♀️

    So your image came out brighter than mine... maybe I didn't press it long enough. The paper you printed ur design on.. was all the ink gone or was there still still leftover ink? Should I press until all the ink is on the shirt and off the printed paper ?

    Hello I printed on rabbit skins cotton shirt with circuit machine 40 seconds at 400 with epson eco tank 4700. My black is turning brown when wet what can I do to make sure my black doesn’t wash out in the wash? I know it’s supposed to be majority polyester or 100% but what can I do to save money with all these rabbit skins I bought

    I know this is a older video but I am having a problem with mine..when I press a shirt the image comes out great but you can see the square outline on my shirts from the press..could it be to much pressure?

    It "smeared" bc the ink was still wet as it went through the rollers as it come out the front of the printer...i have the same problem....everything is WAY more vivid...but i cant accept the dots....im gonna try having my printer opened with a fan blowing over it maybe dry the ink so the rollers dont give me pizza cutter marks

    Can I ask you a question? When you put the letters on, is only the ink from the letters going on? Isn’t it a white whole sublimation paper sheet plus the letters? I am so confused lol

    Can someone help, I’m trying to print sublimation with a 15000 but the color doesn’t pop, not even on a white shirt, I have my settings on high quality, and plain paper but the black doesn’t even look black it looks washed out, on the back of the paper it says poly 270 f - 10 sec but online it says 400f and 20 sec but you did yours for a whole min, should I just do it with more time ?

    Hello your shirt came out great what design space are you using to make your images I have the Cricut design space but it's not allowing me to make my images large enough to full the shirt

      Use another design platform like the silhouette version, it will allow you to make your images on a larger scale with no restrictions on size.

    Hi...i just want to say your video is very informative! Love your tshirt. I'm new to all this but I am very interested. Does the tshirt has to be polyester blend or can it be cotton? Please advise.

      It's best to have at least 65% or more poly count. Sublimation doesn't work on cotton since sublimation dyes only adheres to poly substrates.

    what if your settings doesn't allow you to have 600 x 600. My Epson 2720 only gives me the letter for media size and it doesn't allow me to chose anything different. What am i doing wrong? I still cannot get my colors to come out vibrant.

    Thank you for the video! I have a Cricut and a heat press already but I'm confused about the printer. What size paper does your printer hold? My normal household printer only holds an 8 1/2 x 11 piece of paper. I'm assuming that a sublimation printer would need to hold a bigger piece of paper? Thanks so much!

      Not necessarily just depends on the printer you use, but you will need sublimation ink. I got an Epson 2720 and loaded it with sublimation ink and it takes 8.5x11 I use A sub brand

    When you say you set up the print in the cameo and cut it using cricut, how did that work. Cause circuit has a certain size that it cuts up to, so if I print from cameo and try cut on the cricut how will the cricut read the registration marks if the image is 10x 10 coming from the cameo but the cricut only allows 9.25 x 6.75

    Hi, I have the same printer, use the same ink and am working on a PC. Every time I try to print pink, it comes out dark red. I noticed your latest video has a lot of pink and the outcome is perfect and what I’m trying to accomplish. What are your settings for saturation, density, brightness, and contrast? I’ve wasted so much ink, sub paper, and blanks trying to print in different shades of pink.

      I played around with my settings in Photoshop and this is what I came up with. I don't know if it will work for all shades of pink but, it's worth a try. I used these settings for a face mask and a 99% polyester t-shirt...
      I have an Epson WF-7720. I used paper cassette 1
      Paper Type - High Quality Plain Paper
      Quality - High
      Don't check high speed (if may produce the same results with a check mark but, I haven't tested it).
      Select More Options - Advanced - Color Controls
      Color Mode- Epson Vivid
      Brightness (-25)
      Contrast (25)
      Saturation (25)
      Density (0)

      The side you print on, on my paper feels different. Like there’s a film on it

      Karlee, I too have transfer paper that does not have a watermark on the unusable side. I use the side that isn't as shiny. I was not able to determine which side felt different. Crafty Mama mentioned the film side. My paper has a cloudier side with the transfer chemical that I use.

    Would like to know what settings you use to get such bright colors. Everything I print using sub ink on whatever sub paper, comes out dull and almost lifeless. Your colors in this video are bright and true. I hate wasting paper trying to get this result. Thanks for any info.

    You need to download the drives for your printer to get tbe correct printer preferences

      Just one use, you run the risk of transferring ink to your new shirt

    When I sublimate onto my shirt there is a lot of ink left behind on the paper and my colors aren’t vibrant. Is that a temp issue or a pressure? Or both?

      Maybe both. Maybe you aren’t pressing long enough. I need to know all the variables

    Is there any technique/ tool I could use to make sure I have nice consistent image placement. If I'm making a bunch of shirts I want to try to be as accurate as possible. Any help is appreciated Peace

      They have T-shirt rulers on amazon. I’d try that.

    Question not relating shirts but can you sublimate on any type of Tumbler/mug or do they have to be those special sublimation ones?
