- The time has come where we can finally announce our EXCITING NEW TV SHOW airing Saturday Feb 25th at 12pm EST on A & E network!!!
4 years ago my husband @steingraberjon had this CRAZY idea of buying and flipping homes in just 24 hours! As crazy as it sounded, he made the impossible possible and it didn’t end there.
2.5 years ago we were approached by a major production company about doing our own show. The next thing you
know, we were signing contracts with one of television’s biggest networks @aetv for our very own Real Estate Show.
We spent the last 7 months filming 5/6 days a week with the most AMAZING CAST @rosag422 @sochichome @jonborgesss @dannymarianosts
and crew (you know who you are).
It literally takes an army to make great TV and we are so grateful to have been surrounded by true talent. To everyone involved in the making of 24 hour flip - THANK YOU for all the hard work, extra efforts, long hours and everything in between. You all poured your heart and soul into this project and I’m extremely proud to be a part of it.

And the husband with no construction skills
Obviously there is planning b4 the show is filmed. They do get permits and inspections necessary as per regulations of each town. They also need filming permits, town advisory and sometimes police officers to oversee and make sure nothing gets out of hand. It all depends on the town requirements.

I remember to sell 30 units in a condo here in Madeira Island (birth place of Cristiano Ronaldo) in less than week just because we took 2 months preparing the Open House for literally hundreds of clients.
We had multiple offers and if we had 100 units for sale we would have sold those too.
It takes maybe weeks of preparation to make those 24 hours well spent. I believe in this amazing team work of Michelle, Jon and their business partners.
Everything is possible. Keep going!!

These 2 seem very professional. However, I guess the Real Estate company has many locations in NJ. A person in my family just went through a divorce after her husband became involved with a realtor working for a certain company previously mentioned. He hired her to help to see properties for investment. I never trusted him and he proved me right. Also, it's sad how women will knowingly become a sidechick in a marriage. I am happy the wife got out of that marriage because no woman deserves to share her husband's penis with a moraless woman.
