Oscillating Cutting Tool Usage
Installation
Blade Installation: Hold the tool, push off the cap, insert the blade (edge facing the fixing screw), and tighten the fixing screw with an M2 wrench.
Mounting: Align the tool in the blade holder (blade edge towards X+ direction), set W-axis value to 0, and secure the tool.
Setting Cutting Depth
Place an A4 sheet under the tool, start oscillating, select SP4, and adjust the descent amplitude.
Continue descent until it lightly touches the paper, then save the settings.
Testing and Adjusting
Test cut on material, adjust speed settings, and check for over-cut or under-cut.
Adjust cutting depth and test again for a perfect cut.
Bevel Cutting Tool Usage
Installation
Blade Installation: Remove a screw with an M3 wrench, place the blade aligning the notch, and tighten.
Mounting: Separate tool parts with an M5 wrench, align in holder (marked side towards X+), and secure.
Setting Grooving Depth
Adjust tool's descent amplitude, touch the surface lightly, and save the setting.
Fine-tune based on material thickness and desired grooving depth.
Testing and Adjusting
Test cut on material, adjust speed settings, and check the grooving results.
Measure and adjust compensation data as needed for best results.
Milling Cutter Tool Usage
Installation
Tool Setup: Secure the milling cutter with a 13mm wrench and install the collet and tool.
Adjust position using an M7 wrench if necessary.
Setting Cutting Depth
Place A4 paper under the tool, select the operation number for the milling cutter, and adjust descent amplitude.
Save settings when the tool slightly cuts through the paper.
