Agree on all points, such a great IEM. I got them a while ago and that DD blew me away, the response and the tactility was just outstanding. I prefer them stock without EQ I think the sound is great and the bass is sufficient for the genres I listen to, like rock, indie, folk, etc. Truly an underrated IEM. Mine came with a different cable btw.
200$ is at present 150£ yet here in the island called Britain the price on these is 185-186£! Maybe I'll wait for the black Friday sales & get em for 150£ or less. Good review, thanks.
Should they have tuned it with more bass, or would that mess up the point of this particular tuning? I was trying Taj Mahal - Strong Man Holler [The bass starting @ 14 seconds], but it seems very light compared to an IEM I was comparing it with. Not sure if it's supposed to be that light as the other IEM was more enjoyable to me as far as the bass goes in this particular song.
Letshuoer used to be just Shuoer but that was too close to Shure so they change it to LetShuoer which was part of their slogan at the time "Let Shuoer blah blah blah..."
Hi, i was conflicted about a choice; the cadenza 4 or the letshouer s12 pro, the s12 pro are at 130$ for me whereas the cadneza at 230. I was looking for an overall upgrade in Tonality and techs over the Dunu Titan S and figured the cadenza until i heard how much praise the s12 pro gets. Im not Treble sensitive, I like neutral but well done energetic sets i don't mind. I listen to a lot of vocals in my library - pop, kpop. Does the s12 do vocals alright? And most important do you think the cadenza 4 is worth the price it's at over the s12 pro if we set aside tuning preferences and consider everything else like clarity and techs?
The C4 is better tuned out of the box. The S12 pro has a dense foam shoved in the bore and sounds pretty good in stock format.. of course modding can make it an absolute BEAST that can match 700-1000 dollar iems, no joke. You want details? S12 probably wins.. at the cost of being slightly unnatural.
Im looking for an iem with ports (to reduce pressure in my sensitive ears) with a sound signature similar to that of the Hifiman Sundaras that can handle a wide range of genres from jazz to hip hop. My budget limit is $550. Do you have any suggestions you might share? As always, thank you for your review! I love watching them! (for what its worth, i currently own the Noble Audio Stage 3 iems and really enjoy their sound, but they're not ported so i get fatigued about a couple of hours into wearing them. im looking for an "all day wear" type of iem)
My upcoming iem named tentatively 'Anomaly' is so vented you cannot possibly get pressure build up. It's one of its secrets. I tune in so much bass that even massive venting creates enough subs for awesome playback.

You should try the super cheap KZ-EDC Pro, I can't get over how good they sound and get more ear time than my Mest MK2 which is crazy to say.
