I've heard tell that the Batrazzi Precipice are made specifically for the FCX10. Well, let's see for ourselves. IG: crawlercanyon Amazon list: www.amazon.com...
I went with the injora king trekkers and injora white steel wheel in my fcx10. The slightly smaller softer tire is definitely the ticket for this truck. Works and looks great
I'm glad to hear the King Trekkers ork under some weight-- they were surprisingly underwhelming here on Baseline-- the least impressed I've been by any Injora tire.
This is a great brake though with them tires.and yes the 1/18 fms k5 brown with chrome wheels looks perfect and this i will get a brown k5 1/10 with chrome wheels and them tires is a bonus.thanks for the brake though how you just made this much more fun..and well worth it
Those tires look really good on there The foams look super soft all the way around, probably Canyon Customs would work better, but as you said, who wants to suffer again with those RC4WS wheels? 🤣
i love my fcx 10, got a black one and put some nice star shaped gold wheele on it. i wanted a clear shell to make a purple white and yellow paint job but i probably will need to do it on the og shell cause cant seem to have a clear one be shipped in canada
I use 1 to 2 layers electrical tape on the inner beadlock ring so you have a smaller cab between the outer be locked in the inner be locked and when you do that it keeps all the tires from popping a bead
Very good video! Thanks for the info. I have these tyres mounted on my Element Ecto and I haven't got my hands on the FCX10 yet, but it's in the plans, so I'll be swapping the tyres when I buy an FCX10. Thanks.
Love my fcx10, and like you said, it's great to slap a big 3s in and hit some trails. I take mine mushroom hunting with my dog. 1.5 hours each 6600mah pack. Dog is ready to go home before the first pack is done lol
They need to get off of their duffs over at FMS and give me both the non-2-in-1 receiver and the LC80 bodied version, because I would buy it today. It's legitimately a rig that needs a Fusion, better servo, some wheels and tires, and it's done. Full of LEDs, loaded with doodads, and it's just fun to wheel.
@CrawlerCanyon yea I've been waiting for the standalone receiver aswell haha, the stock transmitter is awesome but I want to put an axe r3 in it so I can still have the adjustable drag brake on the dial. Yea it's kinda big but I think it'll be worth for how I use it.
So I went out and baught one of these fcx10 Riggs because of this video. You pretty much talked me into it lol. My question is about the fair rc batrazzi tires. Are you using the foams the tires come with?? Whatever you are using I want. I'm going to use a rc4wd wheel to but not the wagons. I'm going to use the American racing outlaws. They will look good on my black fcx10. Great video thanks man!
@CrawlerCanyon have you noticed reverse acting a little weird on these Riggs? I don't know if it has something to do with the drag brake. Seems like every now and then the truck won't go in reverse. Have you noticed this on yours? If so maybe you can touch on the subject if you make another video about these fms fcx10 Riggs.
@@marcosherrera675 do you have the ESC set for forward/reverse, or forward/brake/reverse? IIRC (it has been awhile) the ESC comes set to F/B/R by default. The FCX10 that was here is long gone, off to it's forever home in Alabama.
@CrawlerCanyon YES it's set to it's factory default settings forward brake reverse. I love that truck so far. Everything you mentioned in this video was spot on.
@@nugget8331I wish they had gone with a knuckle weight instead of just a copy of the current portal cover but in brass. Every little bit helps, but 31g each? Their own brass beadlock rings are like 95g each. And cheaper.
@CrawlerCanyon yes I agree. Be interesting to see what comes out for this. I've put an incredible amount of time on mine and have had zero issues. I've updated wheel tire combo now looking at shocks for personal preference
The crawler's paradox rears its head again. I call my trucks scale crawlers, not trail trucks. If I could only keep one, it would be Yoda. He's not my favorite, but he's the most versatile.

Batrazzi also makes the 1.9" wheels. They may be easier to mount than the rc4wd. I believe they have brass rings, too.
If it's Kondo approved who are we to argue? And gesundheit! Great fun as always thanks.

That thing is loaded with features I'm never going to use.

It's 81* here and the G8 compund and Canyon trails are hooking up.
Hellooooo Canyoneros
The Batrazzi Precipices conquer the precipitous precipices of Crawler Canyon...film at 11:00.
It's a shame that the wheelbase and width are slightly bigger than the standard 1/10s.

15:31 you sound like Zoidberg on Futurama
Just ordered these for my fcx10. Thanks
Wow, you were kinda rough with Suzy today. Her poor head was spinning

Yep, the included foams. They seem too soft, but they fit the kind of “rolypoly “ nature of the FCX10 perfectly.

Could this rig need a bit front weight?
Oh, a hundred percent. But it being so new (and it's own thing) I think brass rings are about the only option.
Injora just released portal cover brass

He is a peppie guy. What motor is he running?
The stock 21T 550.
The same as in TRX-4. If course..
How does it compare with the trx4 old school bronco
Bellissimo🤌
Bronze, copper wheels on the brown body ??
Copper or black would be my picks. Bronze (I think) would have that "it's almost too close" vibe.

Batrazzi 🤌 precipice 🤌 on the FCX10 🤌 Spaghetti 🤌
