I lost my brother in a tragic accident last Thursday. A family friend sent me the link to the original version of this song and i have been in love with it since. The message so perfectly represents the relationship that my brother and I had. We could and did call each other for everything. Along with my mom and other siblings we made every choice together since it had been just us for most of our lives. The song fits my feelings so perfectly but it was a man singing to his brother so it felt a little off. But listening to you sing this song really touched my heart. The bond between a brother and sister is so special and your beautiful voice has brought me comfort during this unbearable time in my life. Even though I do not know you, you are a blessing to me and I would like to thank you.
Omg I feel so bad for you may your brother rest in peace and God bless. I have three brothers two of which I only knew when I was one and two and they might have forgotten me but I would still feel tragic if one of them died but I still have my younger brother :) GOD BLESS

Yes, my best friend was a girl, but this song reminded me so much of the kind of relationship we had, and I was so blessed to know her, for the short time I did. We met in September 2011, we were in coop together, then she passed away the end of May in 2012. It was hard, and I balled my eyes out for about a month! So I feel your pain! Then one day, the phone calls don't come. i keep thinking that if only he was here, he would comfort me and tell me what to do. people say that those who grieve are in a way more blessed. The intense grief is only because we had so much love. if we want to lose the pain, you'd have to lose the memories.
I know! That's one thing that was really hard for me when I lost my friend! The whole month after her passing, I had her on my mind, and I saw her the day before her death! It was hard, but God told me he had her up there with him, and that she was no longer suffering!
I've been watching this video off and on for probably several years. I've watched it through many,, many times. I just noticed tonight that it only has 160k views. How is this possible. This is such a great cover of this song! And the video showing these friends putting this together makes it that much better. I'm just shocked that there haven't been far more people enjoying this song!

I’m 36, and always wanted to sing/act professionally. I just thought I wasn’t good enough and never really tried. I never had the right help. I always listened to the wrong advice and never pursued a career like that. This song and the way it was preformed here is truly incredible and inspiring to me. Especially since Covid I’ve been giving up on hope on everything. Thank you for making this, I’m going to try even if I fail! I don’t care, this gives me hope either way. ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

Four years ago, my brother Art passed away following an operation that went wrong. I miss him very much, but I am grateful for the years we had together.
