Guinaifen or hanya are good replacements if you want to save tingyun for your second team. Both provide increase while guin brings more dot and dmg, hanya brings atk and spd buff along with the extra skill points

Pela's skill removes one buff from an enemy. This removes the heal passive the enemy gains after summoning his mara-struck soldiers. (You can visually see the aura ribbon around him disappear after Pela skill hits him).
I think its a bit of an exaggeration to say that fuxuan being in morbid dream is "really good" Ultimately shes an sp positive character so even when playing for full uptime on matrix, she is still making sp for others on the team and so you're losing out when she's caught. Plus she is still losing hp when in the dream as others are hit, but she's incapable of healing in the state. Is she the least impactful choice to be in the dream state? Yes, but its definitely not a plus for the team
compared to ratio and topaz it's better if she gets caught because her fields stays active , not just her , same for supports who have buffs tied to their own turn like ruan mei / luocha / huohuo
