Used Acheron E0S1 / Pela / Silver Wolf / Fu Xuan (1st half - 3 cycles) and Kafka E0S1 / Ruan Mei / Luka / Luocha (2nd half - 7 cycles) Thankfully my Luka wasn't all dusty, changed a few relics and good to go, totally worth it for this MOC

If i am not using my dot team should i put my ruan mei in the ipc team or silver wolf is better for that team?
Silverwolf bcs ratio needs debuffs
Better on 1st, you will get enough debuff from aven ult(use universal market if you have it too), topazs mark and ratios own debuff
also you need to implant the missing weaknesses
