I think there's a bug with the troublemakers. the graffiti artist in my game is stuck in that exact spot, and no new ones seem to spawn. As long as he stays right there, you need not worry about the troublemakers.
I bought the game after watching your first video. Today I completed almost 10h of gameplay and basically maximized the parking lot. You will need the toy gun, it can be used to remove cars from parking lot. Lol I used the plants trick you figured out in the last video. I made tons of money with it😂
Hey Z with regards to the Roofs place tier 1 on your first lot then order tier 2 or 3 whatever you want and then replace your tier 1 by placing them onto your second lot that way you are not losing any revenue and then repeat the process until you have all tier 3 roofs also upgrading your fences to tier 2 as soon as possible awesome game I have played this and are up to my fourth car parking lot so much money but it gets expensive as you upgrade
You're going to unlock parking lot 3 when you unlock the parking lot. Two's asphalt when you get done upgrading both asphalts then you unlock the next tear or parking lot area from what I'm guessing because you got both things of asphalt for the first parking lot then parking lot to opened up
Dude, instead of buying sidewalks, etc, spend the money on things like the food cart and a ton of vending machines make a boatload of cash, and then buy the fancy things
the game is great... a little warning though Z, when you get to the 2nd floor things get a little buggy. Also keep in mind that go get to the 2nd floor you need to completely upgrade the office and sidewalks first.
It's been kinda painful watching you constantly spending your money instead of waiting a short while to finally fulfil the 'Inception (Make $10,000)' goal.

The bushes only boost the 9 bays on the side of the 1 area they are on
