agree!!! this show has done insanely well, but beyond all that the most simple environment, and the best writers, i think it is arguable one of the best comedic sitcoms in history.
Everything about the scene is so great. How they start off competing with Erin, and then eventually just bonding over the song. Toby is just the icing on the cake though, like right when you see him getting up, you know he's going to stop it.
I always hated that scene because it was one of those moments (among several others of season 9) that ruined Andy for me due to how mean spirited, petty and immature he acted

Charles is honestly one of the most realistic characters in this series, but by the time he came into the show most of the other characters had become like cartoons so he just felt so out of place.
