Hi, Thanks for your videos. I have a comic book and it fails to upload while all the conditions are met (document size, file size, bleed size, etc) I can't think about anything I've missed. I tried to rasterize everything so the manuscript is basically only images all over. I didn't manually put page numbers at the bottom. Could it be the issue? Can you help please? Thank you.
@@AffinityInspiration Thank you very much for your answer. Actually it fails after 30 sec or so, with no errors displayed whatsoever. I've heard sometimes it's because of internet connection and/or amazon servers, could it be?
@@AffinityInspiration It's a 8.5 x 11 document with a 583mb file size, all margins/bleed/etc, have been checked 100x times and good. Currently it didn't fail and still uploading, I'm waiting to see what happens next.
@@AffinityInspiration Ok, so I just want to say that it finally uploaded successfully, maybe it was a connection issue. I thank you once again for taking the time to help me. Have a nice day.
Thank you. However, when using 8.5"x11" format, I get a mismatch in dimensions between the KDP template and Affinity Publisher. Inside Affinity Publisher there is a small gap on the top/bottom. What could be wrong? I followed every step, from dimensions, to margins, to bleed. Everything, but the proportions are off vertically. Can you help please? Thx
It sounds like a bleed setting may be on in Publisher when you set up the document originally, or a mismatched KDP template. One version has bleed one doesn’t.
Thank you!
Thank you so much for a great explaination of the PDF settings in Affinity Publisher. It was a huge help. I love you videos!
Good for users who have mastered most of Robert's earlier AfPub video skills :)
Thank you for this very good information! 🤗

Can you tell me what error messages you are getting? If I know what I’d happening I can help. Perhaps you can DM me with the details?

@@bridge1444 What is the file size and type? This sounds like a file problem. Although the KDP servers could be having problems, but unlikely.
