Yesss! When I first saw the trailer, and Felix reads, "I am ground" I knew *immediately* that it was possibly a reference to the game where you introduce yourselves. Watching this really cemented the idea that Stray Kids plan to reintroduce themselves, or rather break the stereotypes given to them.

I have another theory. I think that Felix is controlling all of them. He is the one that introduced himself with "I am conductor". Then, we see him fixing his hair while looking at the mirror. Later, Minho shows up and he does the same thing, fixes his hair while looking at the mirror. Even in God's Menu, it looked like Felix was controlling them all (the part after him saying Cooking Like a chef, I'm a 5 star Michelin and after Seungmin's and Jeongin's part). And when Felix said, cooking like a chef, I'M a 5 STAR michelin, even tho Michelin has maximum 3 stars, they were maybe giving us a spoiler. And later in the new trailer, felix was kinda controlling all of the white cars that we saw in Seungmin's scene.

when i saw "I am Ground" words, i was like 'it's kinda familiar', then Felix continued with "Introduce myself" then i immediately remembered about Korean game, where they sing a song and introduce themselves, then i saw Jeongin sitting and playing this game with hands and whistle sound also reminds this "I am Ground" game's original sound. in Hyunjin's case there is also Korean number game where you say three different numbers and try to avoid them while clapping till you reach maximum number? You mentioned the last scene and that they were going up a building sideways I think that ending bit was to say how stray kids made it to the top but not by "normal means" and or how they made it to the top on their own way

Honestly, Felix's gumball scene fits the "swallowing your given persona" since it's pretty random among many tropes the company could give you and the track change fits that "change in personality" with how Felix is skipping and all that until he stumbled on I am Ground to introduce himself, his TRUE self because as you say, the industry puts them in a pedestal and "I Am Ground" offers that platform of introduction (RE-introduction, since the players in the game will name themselves, accdg to how i watch it played) I like the whole Chan explanation coz it's bluntly personal and specific (i think I.N as the angel in museum fits the "adorable maknae" stereotype like how Hyunjin's angel's number fit his predebut persistence, cant grasp on how personal the other concepts are except maybe Seungmin's beat the system irl attitude)

During the felix's scene between 0:13 and 0:14, "MTL 4133" is written on the cart which refers to the chapter 4133 of a novel called "Unparallel Emperor", in which the 8 emperors are fighting the yellow and the black(like the poster of yellow wood (must be haters)) to protect the starry sky and during Hyunjin's scene, he was painting the birth flower of I.N and behind it was I.N's jacket he was supposed to paint during his birthday (These are my theories,they can be right or wrong) So excited!!!! Edit:1. In "Noeasy" trailer Changbin wanted a romantic BGM like hyunjin but in "5-star" he hated it (it can be a parallel Changbin) 2.During Astronaut the lyrics were "Search for the stars right now, ayy We'll be back in a bit, just hold on Even if it's pitch black I go anyway, ayy Search for the moon right now, ayy" (In the "5-star" album tracklist, there is a moon in between and the stars are revolving around it) (I think they found the stars) (Another theory of mine)

Honestly when jeongin said "i am I.N" my initial reaction was "..i know?" But now with this context it makes sense why he'd say that. He's not the perfect idol, he's not a marble statue for us all to criticise, he's just I.N. But he's cute and funny and sweet and we love him, he's still perfect to us, even with all his flaws. from my excessive comb-throughs and theorizing of their lore i decided that there may be three skz clones? The og set(1skz) and the ones we see in the I AM trilogy of course(2skz), but when their worlds combine in Levanter a third world is created. That's basically Oddinary skz(3skz). The parallels in Maniac's beginning to Hellevator's show that the third world is a parallel much like the 2nd world once was. This might be the culmination like you said, but it'll be the third world combining with the other two. If God's Menu was the 1skz' and 2skz' rebellion era and the point where they finally found themselves, then 5 Star could be that for 3skz, hence the references to God's Menu. This is the point where 3skz is finally figuring out who they are after the confusion in Oddinary and might also be the point where the worlds collide again. I hope that made sense, im kind of bad at explaining things. :D

I saw a theory on tikotk saying that Felix might be Lino (the villain: it was shown for example in lonely st. when he gets up in the end of the mv with all skz except Felix --> that makes the theory even better-- lying (dead?) around him and while looking a them he just smirks) so Felix might be Lino's accomplice in this trailer because you can see through the video it seems like he controls skz like him being the conductor of the cars that surrounds seungmin or when he fixes his hair and that right after lee know also fixes his hair. idk if that makes sense but just found it interesting

I’ve seen multiple theories now. This makes sense but I also saw another two… 1.) The stray kids in the 5 star trailer are the real skz, yet since Felix turned “odd” he’s been different, like he’s forgotten who he truly is. He became more rebellious. He introduced himself as “the conductor”, possibly meaning he’s been in control. However, in the case 143 mv, real SKz (Police) were chasing clone SKz, yet they escaped, they crashed through the screen. But, who is the mastermind behind it all? How about Chan…? Chan seems… suspicious. Whenever I.N seems to think something is wrong, Bang Chan stops him from suspecting anything… Is he hiding something? 2.) I am ground is an introduction game, everyone in the trailer has to introduce themselves. But I.N introduces himself as I.N. Not metaphorically or indirectly (Like “romantic” or “cute”). None of the other members did this, only him. It’s as if the rest of the members memories were erased… which is why they never say exactly who they are. However, Chan and Hyunjin never introduce themselves. Suspicious? In the district 9 mv, Chan scans the members wrists, he also gives them something. However, Hyunjin takes it and seems as if he’s hiding something… Chan is soon seen communicating with Hyunjin, could they possibly be… accomplices? In Maniac, Hyunjin pushes Felix through a building. Sus? In the 5 star trailer, Chan is playing the piano, he keeps getting more aggressive tho… is it because he’s running out of time? Maybe it’s because his “nice guy” mask is slipping… And in particular, I.N is starting to realise what is happening. When Chan says “what?”, his voice sounds cold and aggravated, as if someone is suspecting him. He also never introduced himself, meaning he could possibly be trying to hide his identity. This theory shows that Chan and Hyunjin may be hiding something sinister. Could they be working… together? - not my theories, @zaiiskz On Tiktok came up with these theories, credit to them!

ok here is my thouths about this as a very freaking old stay theorist: I think that we concluded the lore with Back door and All in (with the story beginning in district 9 and not necessarily following the comebacks order). I'm pretty sure about this because not only back door concludes nicely the lore, but Chan himself, during a Channie's room, said that Noeasy is the start of a new story and that the previus one was ended; I can't be the only one to remember that, can I? (,: Regarding the comebacks from Noeasy to 5stars I don't see yet a real lore... just references to themselves and their works and inner fandom jokes (things not necessarily found in the comebacks, and mvs, for example even the way Felix eats the candy is a reference to his viral video of him eating the grape), those are just funny little easter egg for us to find. It wouldn't make sense to connect the mvs lore to fandom jokes that only stays know because we see all their other contenet. But of course as a theorist I hope to be wrong and have andother deep dive into a storyline. I do think is yet too early to come up with resonable storylines. Abut your theory: at 2:43: skz are pretty precise with references; the ticket Seungmin is holding don't seem to be the yellow wood one, is just the ticket to the dirve thru. At 3:35: I don't think they wold make references that back into the discography, seems like a weird marketing move, especially since they tried so hard to make everyone forget about it after W left... they literally remade every song, I doubt they themselves AND the managers and their division would make any reference anymore. I am ground is in fact a very popular korean game used to make introductions, as you said at 4:25, as I siad before, from Noeasy to 5stars seems to me that they are always only talking about themselves, all their crazy and colorful personalities... but "I am ground" is the literal name of the game and it's SO popular, SO obvius, it was almost logical to use it in a album with this concept. I would exclude any connection with the I am: series. 10:18: YEES! so many people focus just on the storyline of the first lore, on how skz escaped district9, overthown Miroh yadda yadda... the MEANING behind all of that is that they needed to find themselves. And they did in God's menu. NOW they know who they are. NOW it's a NEW beginnig ANOTHER story, a NEW adventure, that has nothing to do with the previous one, because they reaced their objective. Lastly, at 4:04, just fun to know: the lyric of god menu "I'm a five star micheline" is actually a mistake because they didn't know 3 was the max (info from the Daebak show) btw you are so funny, I loved your video

I have a small theory with a few parts of the 5-STAR trailer. On Lee know's part when he set of the alarm. Only he set it off not his luggage, so he can't have anything harmful in there. Felix's part, he was in the middle of the traffic, but did you notice the number 10? The number ten means new beginnings, change and growth. Seungmin's part from what it looks like it said ivitation and envy on the ticket could that be a sign?

Okay, but I CAN'T be the only one who doesn't think that the chat Felix/Chan had with Eric Nam during Maxi era last year was foreshadowing everything for this era?!? It's not a coincidence that the topic of Felix's line in God's Menu "Cookin like a chef, I'm a 5 STAR michelin," was brought up in the interview, and how they continued to talk about it for a few minutes after the fact. Chan said that Han wrote that line and that the added stars was deliberate, but the way that Chan kind of looked mischievously off to the side seems to allude to the fact that he was blatantly teasing this comeback, and he knew no one would realize it, since it slid under the radar of 'Han writing funny lyrics.' Chan is a true genius when it comes to planning out their concepts and albums. I mean, did you SEE that viral clip a few weeks ago about how at the ending of the Side Effects mv, there's this certain song that plays?? And wouldn't you know it, but 4 years later, that SAME song can be heard in the background of The Sound!! This shows how well-planned Chan is, and how he creates their concepts YEARS in advance to their actual release date. So yeah, I just find it really suspicious how they were talking about that certain line of God's Menu last year... and I wouldn't be surprised if it was all done on purpose on Chan's part, since he literally told us Stays a few days ago that they give out so many spoilers and we never realize any of them. 💀
You can see them at the end walking towards a side-ways city. In the Maniac mv you can see Felix jumping and trying to get into the sky city. Now in 5-star they finally walk into the sky city.
Rebelling has always been part of their musical identity. From their original district nine era (I AM trilogy) to their last more theatrical era (maxident, ordinary, noeisy) where they literally burned a circus down; generally speaking five stars still really fits into that theatric world they did this last year.
I made a lot of these connections and a few more that aren’t in the video! But you added in a few more details to more finely tune my own theories and now I’m even more excited.

At 3:51 I feel like I am ground fits perfectly into the original three of the trilogy bc the fact that I am ground is an introduction game. I am who, I am not, I am you, then I am ground. The first thing that popped into my head was Felix's obsession for lollipops is real....the live where Bokseungah were making lollipops🌚 ok ok that's pretty far fetched. But lollipop as a symbol represents innocence, so him sucking a lollipop is quite interesting. Also weird association but everytime I see a lollipop, my mind automatically goes to the classic song, Lollipop by The Chordettes lmao.
You know what I just thought? 5 Stars Album Colours were (partially, depending) Black/Monochrome and the new upcoming one is so brightly neon. Could be a representation of those two Groups. The one group was almost always clad in black while the other one wore bright or pastel colours.

Yeah I agree with you, I think that stray kids god's menu era is the beginning of them breaking free, it was risky but they dropped something new, different and fire. They didn't care about the rules and opinions of the real world & skz universes,they abandoned their doll behaviour (clones) when they realised there's 2 of them, started their journey to the up town seriously (not a safe place but better then the hell they started with) after they were stuck in different time loops ( I am not, side effects, laventer..etc) & noeasy was them experimenting & taking actions to continue this rebellion!

from my excessive comb-throughs and theorizing of their lore i decided that there may be three skz clones? The og set(1skz) and the ones we see in the I AM trilogy of course(2skz), but when their worlds combine in Levanter a third world is created. That's basically Oddinary skz(3skz). The parallels in Maniac's beginning to Hellevator's show that the third world is a parallel much like the 2nd world once was. This might be the culmination like you said, but it'll be the third world combining with the other two. If God's Menu was the 1skz' and 2skz' rebellion era and the point where they finally found themselves, then 5 Star could be that for 3skz, hence the references to God's Menu. This is the point where 3skz is finally figuring out who they are after the confusion in Oddinary and might also be the point where the worlds collide again.

I’ve seen multiple theories now. This makes sense but I also saw another two…
1.) The stray kids in the 5 star trailer are the real skz, yet since Felix turned “odd” he’s been different, like he’s forgotten who he truly is. He became more rebellious. He introduced himself as “the conductor”, possibly meaning he’s been in control. However, in the case 143 mv, real SKz (Police) were chasing clone SKz, yet they escaped, they crashed through the screen. But, who is the mastermind behind it all? How about Chan…? Chan seems… suspicious. Whenever I.N seems to think something is wrong, Bang Chan stops him from suspecting anything… Is he hiding something?
2.) I am ground is an introduction game, everyone in the trailer has to introduce themselves. But I.N introduces himself as I.N. Not metaphorically or indirectly (Like “romantic” or “cute”). None of the other members did this, only him. It’s as if the rest of the members memories were erased… which is why they never say exactly who they are. However, Chan and Hyunjin never introduce themselves. Suspicious? In the district 9 mv, Chan scans the members wrists, he also gives them something. However, Hyunjin takes it and seems as if he’s hiding something… Chan is soon seen communicating with Hyunjin, could they possibly be… accomplices? In Maniac, Hyunjin pushes Felix through a building. Sus? In the 5 star trailer, Chan is playing the piano, he keeps getting more aggressive tho… is it because he’s running out of time? Maybe it’s because his “nice guy” mask is slipping… And in particular, I.N is starting to realise what is happening. When Chan says “what?”, his voice sounds cold and aggravated, as if someone is suspecting him. He also never introduced himself, meaning he could possibly be trying to hide his identity. This theory shows that Chan and Hyunjin may be hiding something sinister. Could they be working… together?

ok here is my thouths about this as a very freaking old stay theorist: I think that we concluded the lore with Back door and All in (with the story beginning in district 9 and not necessarily following the comebacks order). I'm pretty sure about this because not only back door concludes nicely the lore, but Chan himself, during a Channie's room, said that Noeasy is the start of a new story and that the previus one was ended; I can't be the only one to remember that, can I? Regarding the comebacks from Noeasy to 5stars I don't see yet a real lore... just references to themselves and their works and inner fandom jokes (things not necessarily found in the comebacks, and mvs, for example even the way Felix eats the candy is a reference to his viral video of him eating the grape), those are just funny little easter egg for us to find. It wouldn't make sense to connect the mvs lore to fandom jokes that only stays know because we see all their other contenet. But of course as a theorist I hope to be wrong and have andother deep dive into a storyline. I do think is yet too early to come up with resonable storylines.
Abut your theory: at 2:43: skz are pretty precise with references; the ticket Seungmin is holding don't seem to be the yellow wood one, is just the ticket to the dirve thru.
At 3:35: I don't think they wold make references that back into the discography, seems like a weird marketing move, especially since they tried so hard to make everyone forget about it after W left... they literally remade every song, I doubt they themselves AND the managers and their division would make any reference anymore. I am ground is in fact a very popular korean game used to make introductions, as you said at 4:25, as I siad before, from Noeasy to 5stars seems to me that they are always only talking about themselves, all their crazy and colorful personalities... but "I am ground" is the literal name of the game and it's SO popular, SO obvius, it was almost logical to use it in a album with this concept. I would exclude any connection with the I am: series.
10:18: YEES! so many people focus just on the storyline of the first lore, on how skz escaped district9, overthown Miroh yadda yadda... the MEANING behind all of that is that they needed to find themselves. And they did in God's menu. NOW they know who they are. NOW it's a NEW beginnig ANOTHER story, a NEW adventure, that has nothing to do with the previous one, because they reaced their objective.
Lastly, at 4:04, just fun to know: the lyric of god menu "I'm a five star micheline" is actually a mistake because they didn't know 3 was the max (info from the Daebak show)

I have a small theory with a few parts of the 5-STAR trailer. On Lee know's part when he set of the alarm. Only he set it off not his luggage, so he can't have anything harmful in there. Felix's part, he was in the middle of the traffic, but did you notice the number 10? The number ten means new beginnings, change and growth. Seungmin's part from what it looks like it said ivitation and envy on the ticket could that be a sign?

Okay, but I CAN'T be the only one who doesn't think that the chat Felix/Chan had with Eric Nam during Maxi era last year was foreshadowing everything for this era?!? It's not a coincidence that the topic of Felix's line in God's Menu "Cookin like a chef, I'm a 5 STAR michelin," was brought up in the interview, and how they continued to talk about it for a few minutes after the fact. Chan said that Han wrote that line and that the added stars was deliberate, but the way that Chan kind of looked mischievously off to the side seems to allude to the fact that he was blatantly teasing this comeback, and he knew no one would realize it, since it slid under the radar of 'Han writing funny lyrics.'
Chan is a true genius when it comes to planning out their concepts and albums. I mean, did you SEE that viral clip a few weeks ago about how at the ending of the Side Effects mv, there's this certain song that plays?? And wouldn't you know it, but 4 years later, that SAME song can be heard in the background of The Sound!! This shows how well-planned Chan is, and how he creates their concepts YEARS in advance to their actual release date. So yeah, I just find it really suspicious how they were talking about that certain line of God's Menu last year... and I wouldn't be surprised if it was all done on purpose on Chan's part, since he literally told us Stays a few days ago that they give out so many spoilers and we never realize any of them. 💀

Rebelling has always been part of their musical identity. From their original district nine era (I AM trilogy) to their last more theatrical era (maxident, ordinary, noeisy) where they literally burned a circus down; generally speaking five stars still really fits into that theatric world they did this last year.
I made a lot of these connections and a few more that aren’t in the video! But you added in a few more details to more finely tune my own theories and now I’m even more excited.

I think its the blue liquid that was in both gods menu annnnd here in fact here he had drinked it .... and it looks like poison or smth toxic which is the haters meaning by drinking the liquid who is representing the haters that he doesn't care about them and it will not effect him it he will simply not care just like how he drinks easily....
Yeah I agree with you, I think that stray kids god's menu era is the beginning of them breaking free, it was risky but they dropped something new, different and fire. They didn't care about the rules and opinions of the real world & skz universes,they abandoned their doll behaviour (clones) when they realised there's 2 of them, started their journey to the up town seriously (not a safe place but better then the hell they started with) after they were stuck in different time loops ( I am not, side effects, laventer..etc) & noeasy was them experimenting & taking actions to continue this rebellion!
