Jesus Christ dude, are you kidding me? This is absolutely phenomenal, I had goosebumps several times throughout! Your technical facility on the instrument, your great skill in arrangement as well as your wonderful sense of performance really come together in this tribute. If I were John Williams I'd shed a tear right about now.
Yes indeed ! His music is just timeless :) Also, you don't necessarily have to wait for someone to be dead to pay tribute to this music ! JW's music has been celebrated for decades and it will continue to be way after he's left us ! Like I say, just timeless :)
I know, I’ve always wanted to play the French Horn... I don’t even have one lol. I’m learning violin right now and the ukulele and flute is after that so I have a long list 😂
John Williams is one of the only composers that regularly gives the French horn the melody and I love him for it. He makes great songs too. This video is amazing. (Edit: or at least one of the only composers I know)

Amazing I was a french horn player and I kinda played some solos but I think this one is really good solo I would recommend this one to anyone that wants to try I can feel myself playing it in the future.
I can’t even most of these movies without John Williams’s music in it. It’s goi f to be a sad day when he retires and an even sadder day when he dies. I hope he lives a long life and keeps writing music even when he retires.
Wow that sound so good! I especially liked the part of Harry Potter. Harry Potter has so many beautiful peaces and not everyone focuses on them, thank you for taking this part.
@@haydenhall7081 agreed. Started to play at age 6 French Horn from age 11 still playing in my 50’s and still learning. I just love it’s range and tone. ❤️❤️
When I saw "Tribute" in the title, I thought: "Wait John Williams died? Lemme check that first" Luckily he still lives. I mean the guy is 86, he could just die randomly at that age.
Amazing but it would be amazing if the actual part if its uploaded to your site has all of the background and all the Horn parts that obviously are being played and aren’t showed
I know what you mean ! The thing is sometimes there's a LOT going on since I'm replicating the whole orchestra, so I chose to simplify the parts to only show the most important stuff ! I'm doing these videos so that people can easily play them so I feel the sheet music shouldn't be too "busy" ;)
I've been trying to have it released, but John WIlliams' music is probably the most protected on this planet... they really make it hard ( not to say impossible ) to publish arrangements of his works
Am I the only one that caught the (Han) solo on the sheet music for the throne room theme? Totally missed that before and now I need to see all off the Star Wars sheet music.
I sincerely wish it would be, but John Williams music definitely is the HARDEST to publish... I've been trying to make it happen for the past 10 years (!) Managed to have Holiday Flight and Somewhere in My Memory published so far, hoping there'll be more in the future ;)

I remember watching your original video when I was in middle school as a Horn player. One of the best things I’ve ever heard. THANK YOU!

Beautiful! I played French Horn and trumpet in school decades ago. Never did feel that the frenchie got a fair shake musically.

The note accuracy blew my mind😭😭😭😭
