Why aren’t casinos capitalizing on this and developing weed lounges for tourists to smoke in? There was a dispensary I went to in Frisco where half was the retail area and the other half was the smoking lounge complete with bongs, papers, trays, etc... seems like a no brainer, you can put it next to the buffet 🤑🤑🤑

It's similar in Tempe, Arizona. As long as the "patient" has a medical mj card, the cops Can't do anything As long as the patient doesn't have more than they're supposed to. There's a limit to the amount of mj they can have possession of at any one time. I think they're not allowed to buy more than two ounces Per month.

We have RV weed tours in OR and likely they are in every state. Vegas/Reno are at advantage because they are used to shuttling and have infrastructure to support once the industry figures out where it most cleanly inserts into already available services and you bet those casinos want whatever you can consume to help you separate from your cash so it's going to be worked out really, really soon. :-)
Ok, the one about casinos is funny, alot of people who go to casinos also bring vape pens, the smell from the cannabis oil doesn't really smell like weed and it doesn't linger and up against that nasty smell of cigarettes you can never tell

They should build spots which are close down to smoke it , just like in airports theres a glass room with a pipe high in the air and people smoking cigarettes

Brands like Pure, Brass nuckle, Oceans, etc make great concentrate cartridges that fit on a standard e-cig. Smokeless, near odorless, and looks like you are consuming nicotine. Much more discrete than the stinky green.
I once used cartridges regularly but was concerned with consuming glycols and glycerin (additives used to thin out THC oil that RIGHT NOW they say is safe to vape). I switched to the Mighty, a dry herb vape, and noticed that it had less odor than the cartridges. I live in a smokeless community (because my wife hates smoke especially cannabis smoke) and I'm able to use my Mighty AT HOME WITH MY WIFE IN THE NEXT ROOM and she still can't smell it! However she was able to detect a slight odor from the cartridge (What? I don't smell anything, Baby). BTW even though it's dry herb you're vaping it doesn't smell like it and you're not vaping any additives. For the record I still vape cartridges because it is my second favorite way to consume cannabis. Smoking a joint is my favorite but the worst health-wise. Edibles, the healthiest and no worries about smell, my least favorite. My 2cents.

AirBnb are not allowed within unincorporated Vegas which leaves Henderson n North Vegas. Granted there are people renting thru AirBnb but illegally. 2. The city wants u to pay $500 for a license so u can do short term leases on ur property 3. Smoke lounges are currently off the table until 2019. The city is doing a wait n see with Colorado. CO has recently opened a coffee/smoke lounge. So technically there is nothing that can legally be offered to the 40+ million visitors unless it's done illegally.

The US doesn't seem to have paid much attention to the Dutch model. OK, I think Colorado's Governor Hickenlooper visited there once as far as I know. if you're going to legalize cannabis I think it's important to provide safe places where it can be consumed like in the Netherlands.
