Wrong! I saw this from a TH-cam vid/short and found that you can do it at anytime while climbing. Simply hold space, aim, and boost. this tech works in all 8 (wasd) directions. U[, down, both sides, and diagonals. Note that the camera gets weird so aiming is more of feel instead of sight.
@@truepilliger8805 as a Lord raccoon personally and not just some guy that watched a clip from TH-cam. I can confirm that you are incorrect. Consider it 3 tiers of distance. Base, mid wall run, and animation cancel. You’re describing the 2nd being mid wall run, while the guy you replied to was talkin about animation cancel tech.
@@truepilliger8805in order to do the animation cancel one successfully you have to boost specifically as you see rockets hands connect with the wall. This will make you hit the god damn skybox. Once you’ve done it yourself instead of watching a TH-cam clip, it will be immediately obvious how much further you go.
Rocket's healing output is slept on. The bounce on the orb and angles you can get using his jetpack let him heal without having to take corners and expose himself too. Only thing I'd like for him to have is an indicator when his respawn beacon is getting attacked.
rocket got 10 more healing per projectile in the latest buff. I think his healing was already really good and most people wanted better offence but in a way better healing lets him weave in offence more often. Also his team up ability with punisher and winter solderi was reduced from 45 to 40 sec CD. Both of them got some really nice buffs so I expect to see more of all 3 of them this season. theres some wall dash tech that can be useful. If you are right near a wall, time the dash just as you are attaching to it you will get launched up higher than If you had just looked straight up and dashed. I think this is because your base move speed is 6m/s and wall crawl is 10m/s and when transitioning between the two you can trick the game into applying the higher movespeed to the dash. love how your short guides/shorts pack in more useful information than a bunch of these "ultimate character guides to make you OP" that usually just read off ability descriptions and tell you to press your buttons on cooldown
I went from watching helldivers 2 videos to marvel rivals, i aint complaining, im playing both right now, really liking capt and thor at the moment, and even venom or hulk for really beefy shields, no one like playing vanguards for some reason 😅
The only thing I hate is if you are not full hp, the orbs will slow down to heal you when I need to shoot them at my teammates. I wish he couldn't self heal with orb but had self heal skill
Pro solo que'ing tip: dont play rocket if your other support is a mantis. IK its niche, but its pretty common for people to crutch on rocket because hes easier to pick up, and Luna is almost always banned once you hit diamond. 2 OVERTIME healers can work, but you usually need good coordination constantly as the heal output will most likely never be able to be faster than the enemy DPS output, so playing more passive is a must. Having a guarantee'd burst healer like luna (if not banned), C&D, adam, and jeff is always a good play. Rocket and Mantis are the only 2 heal over time supports in the game, thats why im specifically saying to not have both in your comp if you can help it. And between the 2, Mantis is overall the stronger support, so switching off rocket is just for the better. Remember, this is pretty much specifically solo que. You wont have the coordination with randoms that you would with a stack. So if you can help it, DONT RUN A SLOW HEAL COMP.
Man, seeing you going monster mode in those matches kinda makes me jealous. I couldn't win matches earlier due my garbage aim lol. Which is freaking weird cause Helldivers I was a sharpshooter compare to how horrible I am in Rivals. Maybe it's not for me. 😅

@truepilliger8805 you can but it's way more consistent when getting into a wall versus mid run IMO.
or right as you turn a corner you boost and you go really far
