Right now appointments in Islamabad embassy is closed due to renovation etc that’s why you have to consult Karachi Embassy

Does any one know how much time now it is taking for Family reunion visa from German Consulate Karachi, my wife and children applied in September 2021, in December lawyer came for verification but till today file not transferred to Germany for further verification, German Consulate Karachi not replying any of the emails. Any one got family reunion visa from Karachi who applied in 2021 around August to September 2021.
German consulate general in Karachi said it can take 8 to 12 months or may be more. 😰

If you are from Pakistan then Get a English and urdu from nadra and have attestation from District Council or magistrate and lastly from foreign office. You will need it many time..

@@gulsvlogingermany Now it is not like that, my family lawyer verification was done in December 2021 but up till now nothing happen, on the website it shows family reunion visa process can take 6 to 12 months.
@@SaddamHussain-ib7sn after lawyer verification usually file goes to Germany to the concern migration office for verification of spouse living in Germany, but it seems all system in Karachi German consulate messed up since they allowed all Pakistan to apply from Karachi embassy and Islamabad Germany Embassy is also open for Afghanistan citizen.
