Hi , I would like to know if the spouse can work during the stay in Germany?..And also the blocked amount should be separate for the couple or a single a blocked account is enough ?and the amount for the couple is blocked for a year or the entire stay? and the blocked account means the monthly expenses can be withdrawn from the account every month rigth?
Can you tell about bringing both wife and kids as a student. I am already in Berlin and want to bring my wife and 2 kids. She can work for her company remotely and also regarding Kids what are the conditions.

Hello i want to take my 14 years old daughter along with me while I am going to Germany on a student visa. Is it possible that she and I fly together or if i have to fly alone then by how soon can i bring her as a dependent? Any idea on such case?
can we process student visa and family unification visa at the same time. Or we have to process the unification visa once the primary visa holder gets his residence card?

Student Family union visa it is difficult to go together but still u guys can give it try

Immigrant parents have Indian passports, newly relocated to Germany and working in Tech (one of whom is BlueCard holder).
Their child is conceived and born in Germany after few months.
Question - Will the child automatically acquire German Citizenship by birth? If not, then what additional benefit this child will get in contract to other immigrant kids who were born out of Germany (or EU)?

Hii me and my husband are planning to move to Germany for studies with a kid.He is 3 years old . I want to know what is the scenario of part time jobs there and for kid would we be getting kindergeld or monthly money by government.
Same here..i am also planning for the same.but in india every consultant say No for spouce visa for baby and spouce for germany.i do not know why they say big No? Bcoz google say yes as answer for this question.but we have to fulfill particular criteria for this family reunion visa.e.g.size of accomodation must be according to the number of family members....
It is bit difficult as a student to take the wife at the same time. If you come here then apply for Family reuniom visa then it take more than 1 year to bring her.

@@ankitabhaskar1338 hey I just move in Germany before 10 days ..now after finishing my city registration n visa extension I will apply for my kid's family reunion visa..let's see how it's going.here main problem is with the appointment.i have appointment for city registration at the end of November.but then I have to apply for visa extension and after that I will get residence permit.to bring my baby here I need to give my residence permit.so m just hoping I will get appointment for visa extension as soon as possible.may be whole process may take upto 6-9-10 months...( All things delay only bcoz of appointment issue)
